I had an issue with the Walgreens on Cochran (in front of this store) I had on Rx transferred and called and left a detailed message about a second prescription I wanted transferred. I included my name, number, date or birth and that it was at the Walgreens on Chochan. The Pharmacist "Jim" called me back (I was at work) I had to step off my floor, call "Jim" back and was put on hold. When Jim finally came in the line he said he needed the number for the store which I had left the location. Being that the Walgreens is a few hundred feet away I assumed they would have their number. I told "Jim" I would have to look it up, he replied "yes, that's what I usually have to do too." My husband (Retired 25 years from pharmacy) told me that Jim would have had the number of that store. He told me that his pharmacy had numbers of all the local pharmacies available at a glance. In the time it took Jim to call me, leave a message, have me call him back, be placed on hold while I was at work, was completely unnecessary! If my previous pharmacy was out in some other state I would have gladly provided a number. I was also told I would receive a message when My RX was filled. I NEVER received a message. Time to find another Pharmacy!

I cannot say THANK YOU enough. I left the hospital with my two very sick daughters around 6:30 this evening. After 7 hours in the hospitals, I was SHOCKED to see no pharmacies open!! I noticed publix closed at 7. I looked at the clock and it was 6:55pm and I was 2 miles away. I called and the pharmacist answered. I told him my issue and he let me come in. He filled my new patient script quickly and friendly. You made two little girls suffering much closer to relief and In my book, that is a GOD sent. I don't know his name, but whoever you are makes me have faith there is still good people in the world. THANK YOU AGAIN AND THANK YOU PUBLIX for having amazing people there.

Literally walked in 20 minutes before closing with an urgent prescription for my daughter and wasn’t treated like a burden! Absolutely amazing staff were kind and quick. Was in and out in 6 minutes and forever grateful!

Rude and disrespectful staff to the degree I moved my prescriptions elsewhere and reported the unprofessional behavior to the manager.

This pharmacy is not your average one,They were caught lying right-handed.In addition almost always when you speak to the pharmacist you get the feeling that he is being bothered, not nice! Not a good customer service.I will be moving all of our meds somewhere else.
