“Was buying dog food and cat food and as my husband and I were approaching the door, an employee was also entering. I'm in a wheelchair and in extreme pain, so I thought she'd hold the door but nope. So we didn't grab the door in time so he had to spin me around and enter backward. It's not a big deal. We do it all the time when no ones around but it's the point that she was so busy on her phone she probably didn't even see us. Then we walked in, walked past another employee and didn't get a hello or even a smile. Young people are very self-centered and rude these days...”

“My first time in the store, and I got treated like have always been there. Friendly greetings, discounts and sales clearly marked. Everything is easy to find. I got exactly what I needed and a few things I didn't (my dogs would disagree, treats are mandatory) I was very happy with my purchase and will be back. They have supplies for cats, birds, fish, reptiles and other small animals, in case you don't have a dog. Check them out. I'm glad I did”
“Wanna give credit where credit is due. Since deciding to add our baby girl Leia to the family, PetSmart has been my go to for supplies. Every interaction with the associates has been fantastic and personal. Hunter is amazing! Super friendly, kind and loves on our little girl everytime we come in. Last night Leia completed her first puppy training with Alana, and OMG!!! What a difference it has already made in our girl. She taught us (mom and Dad) a few tricks to help with some problem areas ex. Jumping up on us when we are eating, barking, nipping, and worst-excessive burst of energy just before bed. Her knowledge and expertise has already been such a HUGE help. I plan on training Leia as a therapy dog and was so happy to find they have a program to help me with that. I look forward to future classes and working with her to get Leia well trained. Thank you all so much!”

“I love this TC. I’ve come here ever since I was a kid, it was my favorite store. It’s always clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff are polite and helpful. The stock is always up to date, and the layout is well marked and intuitive. The large items outside are well marked for information and prices. The checkouts are either with an associate or self-checkout and have a lot of available convenience items. I still enjoy coming here whenever I have time. 5 stars!”
“The staff is always friendly and greets me when I come in. SOmeone always asks if they can help me find anything. I have used the "Do it yourself dog bathing" room. They provide all sorts of shampoos, depending on your needs, as well as plenty of towels. I know that this store partners with the local animal shelter. The shelter brings cats to the store to be adopted. And the store collects donations for the shelter. I'm happy to have this store in my neighborhood.”

“Excellent service. I needed to get a muzzle for a puppy who is having severe anxiety with strangers. It is required for him to go through his training class. Both ladies were so helpful and kind. I had never been here before, but will definitely be back. The prices are slightly higher than a place like Petco, but the quality seems much better and the service you get is significantly better. I got 4 bags of treats and the muzzles for $60.00. Everything I asked about they were able to answer or assist with. A great experience!”
