I gave this store a two because even though the clerk was super nice the manager was a nasty snot to customers! I couldn't get any help finding what I needed and I looked for anyone. I ended up asking a customer. The check out clerk had to stop checking me out to take me to the item I needed... Then when I asked why people had to stand 20 feet back from the registers she informed me they still do the 6 feet to keep people safe... We already know THAT doesn't work. It wasn't as much WHAT she said but the tone of voice she said it in. As if I was disgusting for even questioning the reason!I won't be returning to Micheals, I reject these "woke" ideologues and their pro-Fauchi "pandemic" ways. This is the free state of Florida. Not NY or CA! I will be shopping at Hobby Lobby because of this experience

Always enjoy shopping here. Cashier was very helpful and sympathetic for my injury and being wheelchair bound until my leg heals.

Place is half stocked, associates seem bothered when asked to help with questions and dont seem to know what simple art materials are. Coupons dont work on most of the stuff because it's always on "sale." The piped-in music is mass-produced, autotuned rubbish. Hobby lobby is way better.
