I barely got in the door before a lady asked if she could help and she got me pointed in the right direction. As I was searching the aisle another clerk was helping someone else but assured he would help me in just a moment. In no time a third clerk was walking by and asked if she could help. She found exactly what I needed and had me on my way within minutes. I go to Lowe's frequently because of location but rarely if ever get this kind of customer service. Thank you very much to all of the staff at Ace for all of your help. You are amazing!”

Ace has the usual compliment of friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to help you. Not only do they have all of your hardware needs, but have many other offerings such as clothing, household decorations and even a pet section. This Ace is a must for anyone who is a griller. They have an entire room dedicated to grilling with an impressive selection of sauces and rubs. This Ace has all of the offerings of the big box DIY stores but offer alot more and great service to help you get what you need. I have found a new go to store when I have future projects.”

“Today I came into look for a hanging basket for my new fern and I was a little lost looking for what I was looking at online. Thankfully I ran into sales employee Rich and he was very helpful. He actually was in the middle of doing something else yet was super nice to help me. I also was helped by another employee when I was looking at hooks for the ceiling but sadly I didn't get his name. I had a great experience and I wanted to write this review. Lowes in Port Charlotte is my go to especially the garden center. It's always nice and clean and organized. Thanks again!”
