My pickup experience was not-so-great (vehicle on empty, backup camera not functioning-not disclosed) but the manager was very accommodating when we returned the vehicle and made concessions that made up for any issues we encountered. We will definitely do business with them again because they do value their customers.**** one year later (7/2022), another rental and experience was excellent. Service person was great, vehicle was clean and in working order and return was simple and easy. Excellent location and employees ******* 2 years later and 5 rentals later - we are always impressed and pleased with this Enterprise location and the staff there.

What a pleasant experience. I reserved a vehicle on line from my home in PA hoping that it would be available when I arrived in FL. Not only was it ready on time but it was practically brand new and spotless inside and out. My wife was very happy. We were greeted promptly by the Branch Manager, Ernest Dorman, who finalized our booking. He the introduced us to the new Manager Trainee, Chase Walter, who walked us out to the vehicle and quickly explained our responsibilities under the rental agreement. Then we met Waldemar Yasquez who went over the vehicle in detail before handing me the keys.I can honestly say that Enterprise has been and will continue to be my car rental company wherever we travel. Thanks guys...you were great.

Enterprise had someone pick me up, in a nice clean late model vehicle. Take me to the lot to sign my paperwork and get my car. It was extremely simple and stress free. The staff and the manager were very friendly and helpful. I got a vehicle that I wanted and it was very clean and ran and drove smoothly. Drop off was just as easy. I would highly recommend enterprise

The most professional rental car experience I’ve had thus far across all companies was at this location. Even though I was picking up not too long before closing, Crystal who checked me in and processed the rental and Chase who took me out to the vehicle were both so upbeat, friendly and professional. There were also several customers they were helping and they did not miss a beat while making sure all in the waiting area were satisfied in a timely manner. When I went to return the car shortly before closing as well, Steve was no different and quickly got me back on my way after dropping off the vehicle. This is the kind of location you should send other employees to for observational training—the customer service is THAT good! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

We’ve rental many cars from different companies. The dodge charger was a nice car with around 60 k miles. The only problem we had was returning the car. The employee went over the car for about 20 minutes checking everything. She went in and got another employee to check something and then we were able to leave. We did not damage the car but it obviously had wear and tear.
