“What a vast resource of information and entertainment. I was overwhelmed and not sure where to start my adventure. Books A Million offers not only books but toys, puzzles, music, candles, calendars, cookware, even bottled drinks! A variety of discounts on books are available if you join their Millionaire's Club. You can buy a book and re-sell it to them later. By all means...GO! Don't forget to buy a treat at Yogurt Mountain on your way out!”

“We love this bookstore. It is so friendly and inviting and I love reading everyone's opinions on the books they have read. They have a great selection and I love the used book section outside where I get a lot of my vacation reads. They are so inexpensive that I can leave them behind in the resort library for others to enjoy. Support local. I know I do! Christmas is coming and everyone on my list gets a book cause we like to hold one and treasure every page!”

“FSW - Charlotte is a smaller campus and so their book store is relatively small in comparison. You can order your textbooks there as well as the typical college branded clothing and gift items. Western Michigan University has leased campus space as well at this campus and so this bookstore does carry WMU textbooks and some Bronco Regalia as well.”

“Have stopped in here twice while in the area. They have such a large store full of antiques! They even have the old cap pop guns that we played with as a kid. Man, can't find those anymore so it brought back so many memories seeing those. I absolutely LOVE the soaps they have here too. My favorite is the Naughty Mermaid. Smells so fresh and clean. I also got a eucalyptus one that smells nice. Per signs up in the store, they are moving to a larger location in Punta Gorda. Hate to see them move away from the area but wish them so much success! Very nice owners and staff during all of my shopping experiences here.”

“Walked in with my service dog after a while of looking. The women working asked me to leave since no dogs are allowed. When I told her he was a service dog she told me he wasn't and wanted me to leave she continued to tell me he wasnt a service dog, like she knew me... me and my dog have been a team for 4yrs it wasnt until I showed her photos of him at Disney she relaxed. extremely rude and does not know or understand the ADA law. I tried to educate her and she continued to tell he wasn't a service dog. Apparently I don't look disabled. Won't be returning also will be reporting to the ADA.Please educate your staff and learn to be polite.Update: after calling the store explaining what happened the owner was very kind and apologized for her staff, she allowed me to explain the situation and will be speaking/ educating her staff about the ADA.Thank you for handling this issue.”
