Went in looking for a computer monitor, found one I liked in a stack out with multiple others of the sametype listed for $70 when I went to purchase was told it was $350.99 when I pointed the stack out. I was told oh those don't go there.... when I spoke to a manager I was told 250 is the best they could do .....

They should change the name from Best Buy to Bait and Switch !We went into this BB to get a Fire TV that, according to the web site, was in stock. When we arrived, we found it difficult to get anyone to wait on us. They were too busy chatting among themselves about trivial topics. When we finally did snag an associate, we were told the TV we were after was not in stock at any of the area BB stores. The explanation was that they must have just sold the last one. C'mon. Sold the last one at every store in the area ?So, since they didn't have the TV we were after, the asociate led us to a stack of similar - but more expensive Insignia Fire TV's. I'm sorry. But clearly that was the plan all along.I've never been a big fan of BB, though I have made some purchases from BB over the years. But this experience is going to send me elsewhere, if ANY other store has what I'm looking for.

Horrible customer service. Had a warranty and the item was defective so went to return it with the original receipt stating what I paid They no longer had the item to exchange so they issued a refund but refused to give me the $406.58 reflected on the receipt. They only refunded $267.50. We were told there is nothing we can do even if we called s manager over they would not change it. The receipt reflected exactly what we paid, how could the full amount not be refunded?? They basically stole $139.08 from us. I am calling corporate to report it and see what can be done.
