I absolutely am so thrilled with the services from Mr cash. He’s so down to earth genuine and isn’t trying to cash grab people a true servant to his community. I didn’t even meet him only spoke to him and when I finally met him his vibe is so positive. Also very honest. Highly highly recommend Mr cash if you have tax problems.

Amazing service knowledgeable and friendly Charles did my daughter, my son and myself tax returns. We will definitely come back next year. I recommend them 100%. My husband went here last year and said the guy was super nice and got him in last minute so we both decided we would go ahead and file our taxes there this year . We just walked in and the woman on the left was a complete B***h , judging us for coming towards the end of tax season . We have a newborn in the Tampa NICU who drive up to see almost every day , we also lost her identical sister after birth so we have had A LOT on our plate this year and she basically humilated us upon entering . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !!!!!

Jen Ralston and Chuck were amazing! So much better than the previous tax prep company I used! They were both very friendly and knowledgeable! I left feeling confident my taxes had been done correctly and I got the return I deserved! Highly recommend them! My 9yr old son is out of school for spring break and I was concerned about having to drag him along for my appointment! Much to my surprise they had a nice waiting area with drinks and snacks which kept him occupied while I took care of business! Which by the way took just about an hour…also a huge improvement from the 2+ hour tax appointments I was used to!

Last year, 2022, I really needed to find a good accountant to help me with income taxes which I usually had done myself. My tax returns were complicated as I needed to file for my Mother, myself and my S Corporation and there had been big changes to the financial structure. When I found AIS, I was very relieved; Charles and Dawn Cash are great to work with, they're very professional without any pretension or attitude, the office is always accessible and relaxed... I was able to ask what to do and I received so much helpful information to enable me to get through it... Very impressed, I've been in business myself for most of my 50+ years and great professionals are a rare find... I hope to see them this year again...

What an amazing experience! Mr cash took care of my concerns like an expert. I’m VERY detailed and I need the person filing my taxes and understanding my situation to be as well.My situation was unique or that’s what about 10 other CPAS (who are not enrolled agents) told me.I got the wrong information multiple times to the point I learned the industry really doesn’t have that many experts.The moment I spoke to Mr. Cash, I knew he knew his stuff. He educated me in 10 minutes what was taking me months and he looked out for me for next years taxes as well.I’m so appreciative and thankful there’s someone that knows his stuff and educates his customers.Will be a lifelong customer

Mr. Cash is professional, knows the current tax laws and was prompt in getting our tax return completed! Whereas other CPA's can take up to 2 weeks or more to get your taxes completed, ours was done on the same day. We look forward to seeing him again next year. Thank you!
