Overall a clean store and the associate who helped me the second day was pleasant. The reason for 3 stars is because I came in and asked for a gallon of “On the Rocks” paint which is a light grey. I get home and paint a swatch on my door and it was way lighter than the swatch. I understand the paint won’t be the exact same as the swatch so I go into the store the next day and explain I need it a little darker to match the color I originally originally picked. The associate tells me I’m right and the paint was made incorrectly the previous day. Whoever mixed my paint used an ultra white which caused it to be lighter than the color I picked. After hearing it was their error I assumed they would fix it for free. NOPE. they made me pay for another $100 can of paint even though he said it was their error. Makes zero sense.

Emily is absolutely fantastic. Not only is the knowledgeable on how to apply and the proper paints to use for specialized applications, but also she has been very helpful in helping me select colors. She has an extremely positive attitude and cares about her customers. How refreshing it is to work with a sales person who takes the time to learn their products! Thank you Emily, and thank you SW.

So first and foremost I am a painting contractor and stand behind SW products 100%, great products! However I have my preference when it comes to which stores I go to due to how each store is ran individually by the staff. This Sherwin just opened and I've been on four separate occasions, each time communication has been on point, respectful staff and I was in and out every time with the correct product in tow. Manager, assistant manager and their rep Gray are already on a roll with this location and we'll be bringing our business back to this store every time we're in the area. Thanks guys
