Horrible customer service. Corporate should be made aware. The heavy set girl at the front has the personality of a card board box. Not helpful at all. I’m moving my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. If it gets near closing time in the pharmacy, they play the pick up the phone and hang it right up game…TWICE. Now they won’t answer at all. I’ve never once received good customer service here.

Absolute incompetence and ineptness!Every time I've tried to fill a prescription here I've had nothing but problems. They had me come back three separate times and each time said sorry we still don't have your medicine and would tell me to come back the next day. Then after the third time they said they had four instead of 90 of my medication and they would have to order it.Then they tried to blame it on the medicine being difficult to obtain. When I asked them when they would have it they said they have no idea and would not give me any time frame!I told them to transfer my prescription and waited in the Drive-Thru until it was done. They said it was done but, when I called the other CVS they said no it had never come through and they ended up pulling it themselves.I transferred the prescription to CVS on front Street in Ponte Vedra and they filled it immediately! No wonder they have a 2 6 rating!Transfer your prescriptions to front Street and save yourself a lot of headaches!!!

Customer service is poor. Initially I didn’t mind waiting thinking it’s the one off and they’ll get more staff. However, it now seems systemic. They promise next day and I make a trip to find out they don’t have the prescription. When they have the drug on hand, more often than not you still have to wait for them to prepare it! Enough is enough! Switching!

Had my doctor send a script over on 9/7/23 around 2pm. Went in a 5pm. It wasn't ready. The lady at the front told me it wasn't ready, but to give her 20 minutes. I said okay, I'll pick it up on my way back from my son's game. Came back on 9/8/23 at 8:40am. The man at the drive through said it wasn't ready and if I wanted to come back he'd put it at the top of the list. I explained the situation and he told me that they are really busy store, but he'd try to get ready as fast as possible. Clearly they don't value their clientele. We'll use the Publix pharmacy next door going forward.

I was visiting the area and found myself in this store twice. Both times Penelope was my go to. She was available, friendly, and interested in helping. Thank you for being a great representation of your company. ?

This store is horrible beyond measure the pharmasite Mary refused to fill my pain medication because her store has favorite customers(that she saves pain meds for). Not to mention I have a terminal illness this is by far ridiculas I have never been upset I will be seeking legal actions

To me personally all CVS pharmacys are not great. But I gave this one a shot because it's close to my work. My prescription was called in around noon and when I go to pick it up at 5:00 p.m. it's not even ready and they want me to sit there and wait 20 minutes. Then after I asked them to transfer it to a location closer to my house they said yes without even telling me it's a non-transferable rx. So I get all the way to the new pharmacy to find out & waste more of my time.

The CVS at Nocatee/ Crosswater is awesome and I had a very good experience there. The store was clean, organized and when I asked an associate about their Wi-Fi they gave me a quick solution. Good job Walgreens!

One question, is all of CVS pharmacist incompetent? The staff is very rude they treat you like your less than. This is why customers rather get their meds from walmart. I can wait in long lines than deal with mean and nasty people at CVS. Do better, hire people with excellent customer service skills and want to work.

As a community, we were all excited to see CVS going in. The customer service there has been horrific from the day they opened especially in the pharmacy department. It almost seems like instead of being people, they are on a mouse mover machine that just makes them look busy while they're getting absolutely done. I called this morning at 10:15 and asked about my prescriptions that had just been called in because I am very ill. They told me 30 minutes. Due to how bad I felt I came home and went to bed and my husband went back to pick them up THREE HOURS LATER and was told 30 more minutes. He called me on his way home to tell me that he only got two prescriptions and the inhaler isn't ready… an inhaler wasn't even ordered!! So now I have two of my three meds but not the one most needed. The staff needs to be let go and a new crop come in who care about customer service . My last visit a man was getting a booster shot for his vaccine put on gloves…

Not fair for me to give 1 star just because I’m not happy with their pharmacy service at this time. This location is great for filling your general maintenance meds. They just aren’t great if you need anything but standard service. I went through at least 3 hours today attempting to get a very important psychiatric medication that has to be taken daily. After being told that insurance wasn’t going to pay for a short supply while my mail order is coming in, I asked for guidance. I shared that I already missed a dose of the medication so it was a very time sensitive issue. I was told to call my rx insurance company and ask them to override the med so that I can get a short supply. I did. I sat on hold, got the run around. Nothing but confusion. When I did get someone on the phone they said that I wasn’t supposed to call. I’m the patient. The pharmacist has to call. I couldn’t request an override. So I called CVS back. The person I spoke to before asked me “Did you get that override?” I said no. You’re supposed to do that! She said “Ok, I will.” I asked if I’d be notified when it was done. She read my phone number out and said I’d get a call. Well, about 4 hours go by and nothing. I asked my husband to just go up and see if it was ready. When he got there they hadn’t even called to get the override yet. My husband asked them to please call. 10 minutes later I got my med. When the pharmacist puts you on the back burner it’s not ok. It’s terrible patient care. This medical professional knew the importance of the medication and what repercussions would be if not taken. Borderline neglectful.

Worst customer service. Staff does absolutely nothing to help a elderly customer to get prescription filled. Avoid at all costs unless you are stuck .

College bro pharmcy tech tells me at 12:55pm that meds will be ready in 30 min but fails to tell me they close for lunch at 1:30pm. Instead of driving home I waited around expecting I could pickup my meds at 1:30. Arrived at 1:31pm and told they were closed for lunch until 2pm. What a joke. Great way to treat those that are sick.

People checking you out in the front of the store very rude. An older guy especially. It’s because of us as customers you have a job! ?
