We brought our Interstate battery to be exchanged under the 30 month warranty, they told us the battery is fine, that it just needed to be charged, so we took it for a second opinion and found its a shorted cell and can't be charged lol, I guess Interstate battery does want to honor the warranty

Best car battery but lack of customer assistance, FYI you Must remove your battery & installed it yourself. Don’t forget to bring your own tools they don’t provide or assist any of them to you.

Great place. Just bought my 5th battery last weekMike offered me a remanufactered battery for $46 instead of new for $152. In Florida the batteries only last 2-3 years anyway, so it was a great deal. These guys are great AND honest.

My experience at Interstate battery was phenomenal. Mike the warehouse manager was very professional and respectful. He went over the pricing with me and found me the best battery that suits my needs. He gave me a refurbished one practically brand new. Told me there was no need for a new battery. He saved me so much money! Thank you so much for the great service and care! Will be coming back and recommending all my family and friends.

Several weeks ago I needed three trolling motor batteries for my Ranger Bass Boat, I called up Interstate Battery Systems of Coastal Florida and spoke to Jeremy, he advised that the batteries I needed would be coming in on the next truck in a few days. Several days later I received a phone call that the batteries were there, when I arrived, the staff was very friendly courteous. I would recommend Interstate Batteries for whatever need anyone has, Thank You!!!!

Worst non service that I've ever had with this brand. They have me some runaround story about how they can't treat the batteries at their location. REALLY !!!How is it possible that a battery supplier can not test their own product. Dad that this iconic brand has fallen to such lows.
