Incredibly rude staff, prices are not a dollar they claim that it’s a dollar tree, assuming will be a dollar per item. Everything is a dollar and up like Dollar General. I would never go back to the store, considering the incredibly inconsiderate staff working here. Horrible experience and corporate NEEDS OVERSIGHT ON THE STAFF. I was told there’s no GM or manager at the store. I needed to speak to somebody regarding a issue with the purchase and no one would help. I was told if I don’t like the service not to shop there anymore, I’m going to take their advice and go to the one up the street. Truthfully, I’d rather not even do business with this chain store.I was speaking with an employee named OCEAND & I was told she was working and cannot talk regarding a issue. I was having with the store. I was talking to her about the pricing being $1.25 per item and this being a dollar store I was just curious. The so-called manager her ear phones on and she was listening to music and not paying attention to customers. Unfortunately, she had an attitude for no good reason. If I was you owner or general manager of the store I would definitely do some stock on the employees & pricing. The inventory is also awful. The cleanliness of the store is subpar. I’ve already decided never to go back to this chain store or location again. The only thing that would have me go back is the courtesy of Ms. Oceand!!!

Unpleasant Experience at storeDearI hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your store.On today 10/08/23 I approached an employee seeking access to the bathroom. The individual claimed to be the manager and mentioned having the key. However, instead of assisting me promptly, they utilized the facility before allowing me access as a customer, and told me to asked to the cashier. He all the tkme on his phone in a video call (Black guy with dreads)This experience was not only inconvenient but also unprofessional. As a loyal customer, I believe that such behavior does not align with the standards of service and courtesy that I have come to expect from the storeI would appreciate it if you could address this matter internally to ensure that customers are treated respectfully and that employees adhere to a higher level of customer service.Thank you for your attention to this issue, and I hope that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.Sincerely,Giuliano buono

I took my daughter here today and was very impressed with the selection and prices. There were quite a few people in line but it moved quickly. It's a good place to pick up snacks or a few smaller items. There is lots of free parking available.

The employees at this store do their very best to keep this store clean and organized and for the most part they achieve that goal. They are pleasant and willing to assist you (not like many of the other stores). As a consumer, I appreciate their interest in making my shopping experience as pleasant as possible.

place was full wich means it's worth going, i had to wait for a cart but thats ok , its also a good way to stretch your dollar only if you are a smart shopper wich iam , i recommend for everybody to go there at least twice a month, its also good therapy for the mind !!!!

University drive store at the Midway plaza. I've been there several times because I love DT. Each and every time there's always a mess. Empty shelves, boxes on the floor, very messy. Why can't it be neat and clean? Other DTs are way better. I'm thinking its management. Its almost always the manager's fault. Tsk tsk
