St. Tropez Apartments are fantastic! The cleanliness of the entire complex is impressive, the pool is gorgeous, and the maintenance team is incredibly responsive. Living here has been an amazing experience, I can’t recommend it enough!

This place is a TRASH DUMP!! Trust me many other NICE places for same amount and if it's slightly higher somewhere else TAKE IT!! Our sliding door shattered and not from our doings they have a CLEAR PLASTIC BAG TAPED OVER THE MASSIVE HOLE. THEY SAID PLYWOOD WAS TO HEAVY TO BRING UPSTAIRS. THEY PUT A CLEAR BAG FOR A WHOLE WEEK. NO HELP NO WORKONG HARD TO FIX JUST LAZY PEOPLE WHO DONT CARE JUST WANT TO ROUND UP MORE SUCKERS LIKE ME. DONT FALL FOR THE TRAP. LOW INCOME HOUSING WOULD BE BETTER!!!

Dulce, thank you again for not only helping me move once but twice in this neighborhood! Both you and Jay do an amazing job to go out of your way, above and beyond to make things happen. Quick responses/solutions, great communication via email and phone, and amazing teamwork between the office staff and managers.

Do not recommend this property on so many levels. Been here just over 1 month and it’s been a nightmare. Went out to my car this morning to go to work and there was POOP literally smeared on my drivers side of door and side mirror.. are there no cameras on the property?????

I am writing this review to express my gratefulness and appreciation to the staff at St Tropez Plantation. The management and staff are truly helpful. I have lived here with my mom for 5 years. And since Mr. Juan Valencia has taken over as manager the property has gotten better. Ms. Monika, Ms. Dulce and Mr. Jay are also great asset to the office. Whenever my mom ask for something to be done it’s done. Also a big shot out to Mr. Jamie and Mr. Gary (maintenance guys) for getting the job done. I injured my collarbone and have not been able to help my mom lift things around the house but when she asked for their help they came right over and got it done. If anything needs to be fixed they get right on it. My experience these last couple of years with this crew has been nothing short of amazing!! Thanks to you all!
