Has my car the whole day with no update and no one looked at it at all.
I called on Friday to schedule a drop off at 8am for Monday morning yesterday. I was informed they would call to provide me with details as to what the issue was. I went the whole day with no call of any update. I called them twice for an update and all they could inform me was I don't know. The tech hasn't looked at it yet from what I know of but to bear with her cause they where short staffed by one or two techs. Dawn informed me of that. I understand. But she informed me that she would check with the techs and would call me back 2 hours went by with no call or message. I called this time it was 4:30pm. I asked for an update but it was not dawn this time but a tech or maybe the owner dean. Who informed me that no my car was not looked at. I informed them I did call on Friday to schedule a drop off on Monday for my car to be looked at. Wasn't even looked at. This place needs to work on updating their clients. Going over 6 hrs with no update is unacceptable. ?

Great, all-around mechanic. These guys work on my personal vehicles, as well as the commercial fleet vehicles from my employer. They have qualified techs, unlike most other places, and get down to the root of the issues instead of just changing parts. They also stand behind their work if you ever have an issue. Price is fair, and worth it! Anything from oil changes to transmissions and engines. They do get busy at times, but that is expected because they are good. Kudos to Dean, Mike, Dawn, and the whole team.

This place truly is the best. They have taken care of my car multiple times and every time are efficient, honest, and reliable. The first time I ever came here I had picked up my car from another mechanic frustrated after they had my car for 4 days and were unable to diagnose the problem- Roger’s called me 3 hours later and were able to tell me what was wrong and fix it. Don’t go anywhere else for your car troubles.

We took our SUV to Roger’s Auto Repair, where the owner provided an honest and helpful diagnosis for our vehicle's issues. The price was very reasonable, and we highly recommend this shop. We'll certainly be returning here for any future auto repairs.

10/10 they did an inspection on two cars I was considering buying and supported me in choosing the better car. They explained exactly what kind of work it would need and helped so much. Everyone was really cool, and had a lot of info to share. Dawn at the front desk was great as well as Mike, Chris, and Michael. You can tell they’re super honest and price really fairly. So grateful ❤️

Is giving me trouble- I go to Roger’s and they straight up give me honest and accurate diagnosis. They are fair with pricing and I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off. They also have never pressured me to fix anything on my car and they edu ate me on what is occurring. Chris is one of the mechanics and he is always super helpful! I also love coming here for oil changes!
