“Based on our experience, DL Flooring and Design is an excellent company to deal with. Their installers did an outstanding job installing 2' X 2' heavy marble tile in our master bedroom. The installers were both professional and friendly and did not get upset with my questions during the installation. Dealing with the organization from the business end was also a welcomed surprise. The work was done on time, as promised, and the price was fair and competitive. When a problem (of my own making) arose, they handled it promptly, professionally, and, at no additional cost. My wife and I could not be happier with the result, as the images attached will show. I am an avid DYIer with extensive tiling experience and equipment, but I am glad that we elected to hire DL Flooring professionals for this job, because of the size, weight, and material of the marble. The process through Home Depot was a little wonky but I wanted to commend Delorie for their customer service and installation. We were in contact with Delorie directly after waiting close to two months for a status update from The Home Depot (who gave us the run around). “I worked with Vizzzio while doing gutted renovation of my place. They have exceeded my expectations on the service and quality of the products. Initially I wanted help with kitchen design, but ended up doing much more than the original scope we originally agreed upon.Vizzzio went above and beyond not only by helping me to design an ergonomic Italian kitchen, but they helped me select the right colors and materials, tiles for the kitchen, provided all the pictures on how it would look together and consulted me on the appliances, ergonomics and even ways to save up a bit $ on the countertop.That is when I decided to use their services beyond just the kitchen.
