Terrible service. We had made an appointment and ran a couple mins late , we arrived at location they didn’t want to take us even though they had no one else or weren’t doing absolutely anything. Very rude as well

I wasn’t going to comment but I’m seeing others had my issue I paid $30 for priority shipping just for it to conveniently end up missing still a wonderful post office tho very clean and well mannered staff but I do run a business and needed that order shipped

There definitely is someone with sticky fingers at this USPS. I had a package go missing, I talked to someone named Priscilla on the phone who said she was calling from the head of USPS but was not able to help me at all. Save yourself the trouble and make sure you get “expedited” shipping or insured shipping at least because like most reviews state here; you definitely can have your stuff stolen. (Even though this is supposed to be a government owned business.)
Also, the carriers sometimes use your initials to accept packages for themselves, so make sure you don’t make the same mistake as I did and use your full signature and ask the items to be delivered where a camera can see them otherwise USPS will tell you they can’t do anything and that you have to file a claim to get your money back.
For a government business this is very low.
From now on I will make an effort to not use USPS when needing to ship something.

my mail carrier is the Best! She is always smiling and very friendly but best of all if I have any questions or problems she is Very informative and helpful. unfortunately, I have had issues with someone stealing my mail. She has given me helpful information that has prevented this from continuing. I feel that she really has my back. She has gone above and beyond her duties. I also have to say that the gentlemen that subs for her has been Great too. We are lucky to have such a great, caring group of mail carriers here in Plant City!

How do you send me a photo of my mail - yet it never shows up? Waited weeks and never received the mail that was in USPS possession. Opened complaints and investigations and of course got nowhere. SINCERELY considering getting police involved since this has happened twice only with sensitive mail. We got our ads and coupons though. Evidently I’m not the only one with this problem. Maybe USPS will work with law enforcement.

I've had so many misdelivered mail items, either addressed to other folks in my mailbox, or my mail has not made it to my mailbox. They've "completed" package pickups without picking anything up, and now they've picked up a package, and lost it before it left the mail carriers truck. Opening investigations, complaints, etc goes nowhere. This is quite possibly the worst USPS location I've ever had to deal with period. Save yourself the headache and just use UPS or FedEx for anything you need to make it to or from you.

Today was my first great experience at the plant city post office! Giovanni and the supervisor were so helpful and with great attitudes! Thank you for your professionalism and presentable attitude. I grew up in plant city and always dreaded coming to this location. Keep up the positivity!

Our mail is delivered to wrong address constantly. I have to hunt down my mail and packages. US MAIL NOT SAFE.
