Had a really bad experience. Took my 2 1/2 yr old grandson this past Saturday. Hairdresser with blue hair took my grandson. Never spoke to him and was mad when he wiggled because of the clippers tickling him. His hair was nothing like we wanted and her only words to him when finished were (that didn't kill you did it?) He is 2 1/2??? How dare you! I hope no one's child is ever treated like this there again. Extremely disappointed ?

Great clips is a great place to get all your hair needs done as a customer and as their window cleaner. But the employee Yadi the so called hair stylist just horrible. Rude and loud and stopping in the middle of doing her job to criticize my job. Her attitude and customer service skills are way below average. If you have your hair done at plant city great clips please go with someone who knows her job and friendly to all that walks through the door and let the amazing managment do what you need done and stay away from yadi

I’ve been a regular at this location in Plant City and the ladies here are awesome. Holly always greets me with a smile and does a fantastic job cutting my hair. Signing in through the app helps me to be in and out. Thank you ladies for making this Great Clips a great experience.

Horrible service.I was told it was walk in service yet the receptionist Holly put other people in front of me but I came in first. I love great clips but this was my first bad experience.
