Came to this location to drop off a return package an employee walk out of photo area and exited building, didn’t bother to get assistance for the long line of customers waiting to be serviced. After a 20 min wait someone slowly made their way to help us!

Normally I use USPS for my eBay sells. Had larger package and Fedex was much cheaper. 0 Wait time at this particular location on that specific day I went in. Just handed the packages over and was on my way.
