We bought a deep freezer from them that they advertised on offerup. They said it works, the only reason for the low price of $49.99 was because it was taking up space on the sales floor. So we had to pay $30.+ to rent a truck to pick it up. It was pretty dirty so I cleaned it up and then we plugged it in. It got cold so we bought some storage bins and shopped for food to begin stocking up.It lasted 3 days.It is now a piece of garbage and we are out our money plus the food loss.My fault for trusting them. Live and learn.

Went here about 2 weeks ago to buy a ps4.Felt rushed from the moment I asked about a product. I wanted to buy a few things from here and went there with close to $1500 to spend.This did not happen due to the employee at the desk (older lady) making my wife and I feel like we were unwelcome.Bought a ps4 on clearance for $100 with Chris saying the only issue with it being that the disc tray is broken.Have had issues with games freezing or not loading at all which all games are digital copies.Also 2 brand new controllers bought from Gamestop and Target have stopped working several times with this PS4.Signed a piece of paper saying I bought this console AS IS because once again I was under the impression that the only problem with it is the disc tray being broken.Scummy and unethical business. I would never come here again.I don't fault the employee who checked me out named Chris for this bad experience because I feel like he was really cool and tried to help me to the best of his ability. I do blame the older lady who was working also for making me feel like a burden as I attempted to ask questions about items and I feel like she blatantly ignored me. ?

A neighbor to Cash America Pawn to pick up an item that they found online my neighbor was satisfied with the item and with the price they were requesting, he purchased it and brought it home and put it to use immediately he was happy with his purchase at the service he received

The staff is terrible. Rude arrogant. Treats customers rudely slow service. The white old lady has the worst attitude and service skills ever seen. Fire the whole staff start over maybe the business will be better. Just saying

I really like the people there but there offers are not the best and also it depends on who is taking care off you. Sometimes you can bring an item in the store that it's worth $1,000 and they want to offer you $300 to $400 only. I know the game, they get it for the low and they want to sell it for more that its worth.
