The salesman I had was. Eddie. He was the nicest guy ever. My air went out and it was so hot I thought I'd die. He personally delivered the portable ac unit the same day I ordered it. It was a pleasure to deal with him,he went way beyond the scope of customer service for me.

Terrible. Bought a new couch and had a used couch delivered to me. Manager who was delivering told me he couldn't get the new couch in time so delivered that used couch temporarily. No thank you. Could have called me and let me know they could not deliver the new couch as planned and could have rescheduled. Same manager stole money from a payment I made in cash, when he offered me an ottoman add-on to my living room set while delivering the said used couch. They did look into that and apparently recovered the funds from said manager, since the payment he pocketed was removed from my balance. Facebook Marketplace is the way to go! Skip the scams shams and endless harassment.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! The manager, Mike, was very aggressive and became irate for no reason. Florida is a two-party state. Make sure that you are informing him that you're recording the conversation because he will tell you one thing over the phone, but then lie about it to your face when you continue him. Samantha was absolutely amazing. She remained calm throughout the whole incident. Here I am, trying to help someone out, but not to be treated the way I was by the manager. I will be contacting corporate on him.
