Ordered a poster to be printed. It was supposed to be ready 40 minutes later. I didn’t receive an email saying it was ready so I went to the store 4 hours after I ordered and they said the computer was down. They don’t bother canceling my order or calling to let me know they couldn’t do it. Only certain locations print poster so I had to drive out of the way to get there. And the lady rolled her eyes at me because I don’t speak Spanish. They wasted my time and energy and acted like I was the one inconveniencing her.

Love this Walgreens ! Literally saved my life by filling my prescription … due to Miami traffic closing hours at the pharmacy is at 6pm and I got there a couple minutes before closing time and they were able to give me my prescription !! Sharon was amazing super pleased with her service and getting my prescription filled quickly … Yaritza and Kia were a great help as well ! Truly recommend to come to this Walgreens !!!

Received a call from the pharmacist (Dr. Sharon is her name supposedly) telling me my prescription was invalid and that they have tried calling my doctor but no response. Clearly, I don’t know what an invalid prescription is or I would not have asked. I ask the pharmacist, “I’m confused (medication name) is a valid medicine” (I’m thinking that she thinks the medication doesn’t exist or something, I have no idea, I was just confused). Her attitude flips 180 and she changes her tone to this condescending slow tone as if I were delayed…She tells me “no…you misunderstood let me repeat myself…blah blah blah your doctor didn’t sign it”. (Okay well that makes more sense. She never mentioned that the first time so I’m obviously going to question what was meant by the prescription being invalid). As she was speaking to me, I told her she didn’t need to speak slow to me as if I were dumb and I told her that her attitude sucked. She hung up on me. What type of educated pharmacist treats patients that way? I simply was confused and looking for clarification but if you’re going to get your medicine here, make sure it’s delivery only and never answer their telephone calls. No point in speaking to this terrible staff. I spoke to the assistant manager who felt horrible knowing that the pharmacist was in the wrong but let’s be honest, nothing is going to change here. Per the other reviews, this place is terrible and it’s not worth your sanity. There’s several other Walgreens along US-1.

Every time I go to this pharmacy, they screw up on something. The communication between the employees there and customer is insufficient, language barriers, or whatever. Customer service is lacking. I try to avoid using this branch, but sometimes it is a matter of convenience. Each time I go here, I hope for nothing to be negative, but the inevitable always occurs. If my visit for whatever I am ordering were to go perfectly well, I would be very surprised. Going here unfortunately ends up as an inconvenience. The non-pharmacy of this store is pretty good.

This pharmacy shouldn’t be operating. It feels amateurish and it makes you question the staffs or “pharmacists” qualifications. Customers had to tell them how to do their jobs. It was uncomfortably embarrassing. Personally, I wouldn’t trust this location with preparing my families meds. My only experience was enough to switch pharmacies.

I made a purchase to pick it up, I did not check the order, it turns out that I am missing a $16 product, I check the digital receipt and they charged it well, I call the store and I get a rude woman telling me how strange that a product is missing I don't know whether to give me a solution, in conclusion a product was stolen from me and I paid for it and now I'm the suspect, like, if for $16, I'm going to jail for lying, the poor attention to the woman, they should train the employees one so that they are polite and respectful of the client and another training to be able to work in the store that store at that address is really lousy

Used 2 shop here all the time spent 1200 a month there lol oma take my business someplace else the assistant manager and manager here are horrible were rude 2 me because I asked for an empty box they didn't sell the size I need. From the get go assistant manager treated me poorly upon inquiring about the box. Called corporate they were rational said there wasn't a policy about being rude 2 customers over enquiring about an empty box that clearly was going 2 be broken down. Manager came out yelling at me in Spanish lol crazy over an empty box they lost $1200/month in sales actually way more lol never go here needs 2 go outta business and those managers need training and 2 be disciplined customer service agent heard a lot of it I was calm they were literally crazy told me not 2 come back and NEVER intend 2 will shop ONLY at cvs and 7 eleven had my FAMILIES MONTHLY prescriptions at walgreens sometimes 2 NOT ANYMORE....it's cvs, 7 eleven, and publix for me from now on better prices 2 anyway. Used 2 love this walgreens employees knew me were nice after these two managers nope what a wild experience never seen people so hostile and possessive of an empty box or treat a customer so rudely over anything. I'm still dumbfounded by the situation in shock managers literally were yelling at me crazy I was calm isn't event about the box it was how rude they were from the start. And the assistant manager treated every other customer great actually made it a point 2 wild. Corporate you have customer service recording I was on the phone with customer service when the managers were acting rude and crazy so u can hear for yourself how they treated me from the beginning ridiculous. My mom has ms, my step-father takes a bunch of prescriptions for eyes and more, I take prescriptions have health problems 2 just 2 demonstrate how good a customer I was and coulda been walgreens. All she had 2 do was respond nicely again not about the box even tho was definitely getting thrown away very stupid right up there with theranos really! Well theranos was worse but completely lost confidence now

The Suniland Walgreens has to be the Absolute WORST in the entire , Nationwide Walgreens System . Revolving Inept Pharmacy employees , absence of Leadership , and Rudest Cashier , Jacinta you’ve probably ever met . Store should be shut down as the culture is toxic .

the pharmacy crew is the best. Zero sugar costing, short, and straight to the point (might come off as rude to some, but I embrace it) they are always beyond helpful. Today I walked in, a busy AF, Thursday for them, near to closing time, needing a script filled. They made it Happen! I wouldn’t have been able to be back until Tuesday, I beyond appreciated their efforts! And my review isn’t just based on this interaction, I’ve had insurance issues they’ve guided me through, prescriptions out of stocks. You name it this crew (day,night, the whole pharmacy team) has helped me out several times! Never super sweet ? but always beyond helpful, knowledgeable and make things happen.

Walgreen gives coupons to customers in order to offer discounts. Well. If you want to use a Walgreen's coupon at this store. They will take the coupon and say that such coupon will work on a next purchase. Where does it say so ? In summary. They take one's coupon, and one will ever benefit out of the offer of the coupon. They do not honor coupons.
