I went there this afternoon during lunch hour and there were three employees working and some customers waiting to be assisted. I waited at least 45 minutes and couldn't wait any longer due to my schedule. After 45 minutes the T-Mobile employees were still assisting the same customer while I was leaving. This is such a poor management; assign at least two or three more employees during busy hours so people don't waste their time and get things done and can catch up with their work/plans at least.

Ismael Herrera was very helpful with my elderly father, he helped set up the phone for him, and took his time to explain the features. This guy is an asset to the company and the community. He has earned my families buisness, by providing outstanding service!!

BEWARE, the reps on this store are deceptive: My sprint sim card suddenly stopped working so I had to go to this T-Mobile for help. To make a long story short, the rep (daniel Ruiz) ended up switching my sprint sim card for a t-mobile one. And without letting me know in a deceiving way he ALSO switched my plan (I've had the same plan on sprint for 3 years, was paying $20 a month). A couple of weeks later I realized that the rep has switched me to a $129 plan AND on top of that he added some "insurance" to the mix. That's deception and it's illegal. I'll have to switch carriers now because T-Mobile cannot help me get back to my original plan.

As someone who formerly worked for T-mobile I was disappointed earlier today when mobile expert Ismael informed us that "transfers of billing responsibilities weren't done in store" and told us we would have to call customer service. He either hasn't been properly trained to call the retail support line or was purely lazy because he knew he would not be profiting from doing so. Regardless, this dismissive behavior will not have us returning any time soon to purchase at this store.

Horrible customer service. Waited for 28min to be help, but no problem, I don't mind and I do understand, however, I came to add a line, as I got my new line a few days before on another location, I new exactly what I wanted. To start I explained to the girl that "helped" me that I was new and just got my new phone a few days ago and that I wanted a new line but bring the phone number (same as I had done) for this new line, first she said that it was going to take a while as she needed the account number and pin from the company I was bringing the phone number, this I had it and provided it to her (I was prepared) then she started telling me that the promotion I was asking for, didn't exist. After telling her 3 times that I was offered that promo a few days ago, she asked another employee and he said yes, the promotion was available. Then she checked on her iPad and the promotion pop up stating "oh yes, here it is" Then she didn't even check and stated I had to pay $800 for the phone, obviously at this time I was extremely mad and told her if she could please ask the manager, at that moment, the manager was leaving, he stopped by, check the iPad she was using and told her what she had to do to see the correct info, at this time I could tell she was new and had little or no experience, he explained to her the promo and that I was correct and didn't had to pay anything due to the promo. She continued helping me and finished the process. Finally everything was done, she got me the phone and asked me if I wanted to open the box or take it as it was (this second line was a gift), I told her if she needed to open it I didn't mind, she stated that all was done that I only had to open it if I wanted to have the info from the old phone to this new one, as I didn't, I took it home. After a few days, I gave the gift (phone) and guess what.......it didn't worked cause it didn't had a SIM CARD....ARE YOU F$&@ kidding me! I called the store and was advised to go, when I got there, the store was closed, I went the next day and the store was closed (1pm) so I decided to head on to another TMobile store. When I asked why the store was closed, the employee said it was because of to many COVID cases at that store. So avoid in all ways, for Covid presentation and horrible customer service and experience.

I rarely leave reviews but I want to emphasize how horrible of service I received. The Hispanic gentleman with tattoos working there hid his name after lying to me about being the manager and would not give it to me after requesting it. He was extremely rude and refused to help at all. I paid off my iPhone with T-Mobile and they will not release the phone to me because THEY have my social incorrectly in their system. I go into the store as advised over the phone after spending an hour on the phone trying to get it resolved with my ID and social and the "manager" refused to help me and told me he would "not keep going in circles with me" This is why I changed to ATT!!!

Wow. Ismael was SO helpful and friendly and worked diligently to get everything I needed to work out. This was on a super busy day, too. I’m on a legacy sprint plan so I can’t imagine what kind of headache he was dealing with re: the systems and different plans. HUGE thanks to Ismael for making our Xmas a success!! Feeling really happy about this merger now. Couldn’t imagine sprint delivering this level of customer service ever before. Thank you again!

Would not recommend this T-Mobile store at all, if you do end up here, try not to have “Steven” help you out... he is incredibly rude.
