The pharmacy is horribly managed as extremely understaffed. If you go at 9am the delay in service is because they just opened and are limited to a staff of 2. If you go at lunch time, there are 5 staff members, 4 are accepting and filling Rx’s but only 1 staff member dispensing them. Just not good management overall, so sad as everyone is very pleasant and hard at work but the system is simply not efficient and works against the customer.

Terrible service. Had just gone out of surgery, anesthesia wearing off, terrible pain, which I informed the pharmacists about, still they made me wait over an hour to fill my prescription for drugs they had in stock. Will never be back. Go somewhere else.

Rude pharmacist Giovanni.I went this morning to pick up prescription. The prior prescription was ready but this morning doctor had increased regimen,The pharmacy cashier told me she'd print the new ticket and to return after grocery shopping which I did. When I returned after putting groceries in my car, she let me know the pharmacist had thrown away "new ticket" by mistake. She asked me to sit and wait a few minutes and apologized for the error.I waited, Giovanni the Pharmacist (who was not there when I originally came) came behind the counter. When I asked the cashier approximately how much longer since I had frozen goods in the car... Giovanni turned to me and said "You know we have other customers too" At the time I was the only one at the Pharmacy. Not to mention, he was not involved. He rudely said this was a new script from this morning you know. I said yes, but the new label had been discarded accidentally by the staff earlier when I was there. I told him I wasn't going to argue.. He continued to speak and not understand. Terrible customer service. The cashier apologized and said she would help him understand what had happened since he wasn't there prior.

The Publix Pharmacy in Pinecrest is such a disaster that I'm transferring somewhere else. They take over a week to fill out prescriptions, they don't pick up the phone, and if they decide to pick up the phone, they put you on hold for 25 minutes! They App is also horrible.

Worst Pharmacy Ever. Unhelpful, Non caring, disconnected and they have tons of staff behind the desk with the worst customer service. Once I was told they couldn’t help me with my RX because people with vaccine appts. took precedence. They made me wait to help me until all were vaccinated and done. Isn’t the Publix RX suppose to be helpful while you shop? Only reason to use this RX is for free blood pressure pill and the service is so bad it’s not even worth it. The lady pharmacist is decent, the guy pharmacist is so unfriendly and unhelpful.

Very helpful. It must be difficult with corona, scared and pushy clients, now giving vaccines on top of their day to day duties. I have been desperately trying to get my one and only prescription filled from the horrendous 'mail in' my Cigna forces me to. I have been out for days despite doing what I'm supposed to, yet the Pharmacy at Publix in Pinecrest got it done in hours as opposed to weeks from mail in or Walgreens which has shut down their pharmacy. Thanks Publix Pinecrest pharmacy. A+

I’ve been a loyal customer at this public for 9years. Called more than three times throughout the past few days and never got hold of anyone. It says to leave a voicemail but it hangs up right after. Went into the store to ask questions and were extremely rude.

this is now my favorite publix! absolutely great service!!! in all departments, this publix is outstanding! Loretta made the most delicious pub sub i've had in a long time and our amazing cashier, Valizia (or Mimi) as it says on her name tag, was very helpful answering all of our questions and making sure our shopping trip was a pleasure! along with, I'm sure, the rest of the store, they definitely are both very hard working women! thank you so much!

Went in on Wednesday night to the deli. The entire staff was MIA. Had to literally wave down someone in the back. A young South American female comes out and greets me. Proceeds to ask what I want, I tell her and the thickness of my ham. She cuts off the firsst slice and gives me a sample. I say PERFECT. She slices a few more and I walk away. My big mistake. I don't notice the BIG a change in thickness of my ham till the next morning. Itts sad that now a days there is no work ethic or customer service, just a free fall.

People seems to oblivious to the fact that people who serve others are humans and they have bad days too, just like the customers they serve. That said, I have had have gotten no less than the utmost respect and excellent service that exceeded my expectations from Giovanni and the assistant that works on his team, too bad that her name evades me at this time. For instance, I was very impressed that they both addresses me by my first name, and there was one time I was behind several customers and by the time I got to my turn to be served, this assistant had my prescriptions to go, and a smile to boot. I am not going to condone the perceived bad attitude of Giovanni, because that is not who he is, nor am I going past judgment on the customer that sort free antibiotics when they have prescriptions covered by their insurance, but although free antibiotics is available to everyone, it's true intentions were meant for those people without insurance, more so, for Publix to build loyalty among its customers base. Giovanni is great at his job!!!
