Loved the store. Mario was super nice, knowledgeable and polite. It was a very pleasant experience. He helps us and provide us options until we got exactly what we were looking for. I have been looking for a couch and visited many stores already however only here I found something I felt in love with. It is expensive but not like other stores in Miami. So it is still affordable.

An amazing showplace, Natuzzi store in Pinecrest, with an incredible staff. Jasmine assisted my husband & I in purchasing our entire living room furniture along with magnificent accessories. Her expertise, patience & commitment to her customers are truly a testament to her attributes as an incredible human being.

From the moment we stepping into the Pinecrest store the customer service experience was above and beyond! Andres designed our living space including an initial visit to our home to review the placement of the furniture and ensure the pieces worked. In addition, Andres was on site for delivery. The overall experience was outstanding! Jasmine, the store Manager, was as engaged offering stellar design ideas. We were so happy with Natuzzi Italia Pinecrest, we went back to accessorize our living space. The teamwork demonstrated by Andres, Jasmine and Mario was seamless!
