Wish I could give a negative star. Rudest people ever work in this pharmacy. People are sick and trying to get what they need to feel better and these people could care less. Management....do better. Train your people. Teach them some compassion, to be a little caring. Not to be rude and God forbid hang up on people. There's a pharmacy on every corner in Pensacola. I'm certainly going elsewhere.

Excellent pharmacy! Colin went above and beyond to ensure I received the information and medication I needed when my primary doctor’s office failed me and showed complete disregard for my well-being. Colin is an amazing pharmacist. He was super friendly and genuinely cares about others. This was the best experience I’ve ever had a pharmacy.

This store doesn’t seem to stock my medications often. This last non stocked item took five days without arriving-still isn’t in or any idea when it could or will arrive. I made the suggestion to check another store-even suggested they might want to do this themselves. I am now driving almost 17 miles to pick this up myself. Think we are done with Walgreens.

This is my fave Walgreens bc it's at the corner by Tops hamburgers & they have the cash machine so I can get some mo-nay to get moi Tops double bacon cheeseburger!!! lol Razors, soap, whatever I may need I pick it up here, grab my cash & go stuff my pie hole at Tops across the street! Best Walgreens stop on the planet! Walgreens, you make my Tops Bacon Double Cheeseburger addiction happen! Thanks for the mo-nay cash machine! See you soon! Yum yum yum yum...Highly recommend!

I have used this Walgreens for the last couple of years. Anytime I buy wine here I am asked for my ID and have not once had anyone that has accompanied me been asked for ID until two days ago. The gentleman who asked for the ID of the person with me typically works in the photo department. I asked him why this has never happened before and he told me it is and has been corporate policy to always ask for ID for every person standing at the counter. I have bought wine from this Walgreens and not been carded at all.... I don't have a problem with the policy, I simply have a problem with inconsistency.

Pharmacy is reminiscent of old fashioned "drug store." Pharmacists are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ancillary pharmacy staff equally competent and friendly. I could order my meds cheaper on a 90 day mail plan but I'll pay a little more for excellent service.

No customer service at all. Do not care if they make you wait. When they say 20 minutes they really mean an hour. Good luck. Especially if you are sick and this is your second trip because they screwed up the first time you were there.
