Found my wedding dress here and not only did I love my dress but also the experience! After going to several places, I really felt like Simply Elegant gave me the best experience. They listened to my opinions and thoughts, carefully selected dresses based off of my vision, let me look around, and made me feel so beautiful! I would highly recommend coming here to any bride!

I was there last friday, and the lady that was there was so rude! We came to look at dresses for a friends weddings and she yelled at us in a really nasty way about having appointments only. very bad business! We were so hurt and disgusted! Never go there!

I decided to make an appointment to go try on wedding dresses with my mom after work. It was my first time trying on dresses and I was mentally prepared to walk out without a dress. Taylor was my bridal consultant and somehow knew exactly what type of dress I was envisioning. I ended up saying "Yes" to the very first dress she had pulled for me! It was the first one I tried on; I couldn't believe it. Taylor has a very calming personality and was not at all pushy. She let my mom and I discuss our opinions about each dress we tried on and asked just the right questions to make me feel 100% confident in my decision. Great selection and prices at Simply Elegant!

They worked me in last minute and worked with a tight wedding deadline. Very flexible and definitely wanted the help anyway possible. Crystal helped me and it was so fun and easy. I can’t wait to wear it!

Dakota helped me find my wedding gown and I couldn’t have ever done it without her. My mom and I searched in other salons, in and out of state, where I ultimately felt rushed due to their next scheduled appointments, which I understood but it made me unable to relax and make a decision.Dakota is patient (as a saint), knowledgeable, pleasant, and doesnt hover. We should have just started there at ole faithful, Simply elegant! We’ve found prom gowns at fwb location all our lives, and sister store in Pensacola had my dream wedding gown! Thank you, Dakota!

I still can’t get over the fact it took maybe less than an hour of trying on wedding gowns for the very first time and I had found the perfect match. Dakota was the associate helping me in and out of all 5 gowns and Chrystal the owner had found my gown after reading the style I was going for. It was smaller in size, but Dakota reassured me I could order it in my size and retook my measurements before placing the order. I felt comfortable with her being in the room with me, and appreciate both of them for their patience. I am so glad I went with this store versus a store in the area I live in. It gave me good vibes all the way being in my hometown and Dakota even gave me a mini bottle of pink moscato for saying yes to the dress! I give all the credit to these guys. I cannot wait to put it on for my big day. Thank you Simply Elegant Couture!

I cant say enough good things about this place! I had the absolute best experience and as someone who really struggles to make decisions I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me try on and pick out a dress!! Highly highly recommend for every bride. Crystal was so thoughtful and kind and knew how to make every dress work for me. She was also very patient with me when I needed to try dresses on again to make a decision. Couldn’t have had a better experience!!

Had the best experience!! Crystal was absolutely amazing. First shop I went to and got the most beautiful dress. 10/10 recommend buying your dress here if you want to look like a princess and be hyped up the entire time

Horrible experience. Extremely small inside, told I couldn't look for my own dress they would pull for me! The lady working was extremely rude with terrible customer service.
