First off, I'm an avid lowes customer and reviewing this location only, not lowes as a whole.
I had the unfortunate experience of having to use their restrooms and they would make any small town truck stop proud. Nasty as nasty could be.
While doing my business, I noticed that sewage was creeping up on my shoe's and my shorts and drawers were wet. Obviously, a failed wax ring or something of the sort. I informed customer care and the first lady acted as if I did the damage and told me that she would inform the manager and that was it.
I grabbed some Terry towels in addition to the other items in order to keep sewage from soaking into my seats. I had and asked if a could get the towels compensated because I wouldn't be
purchasing if the "home improvement store" maintained their restrooms. The lady that checked me out was very nice however, when she asked her supervisor, she informed her to contact the store manager. Her response: 'I don't know his number". After a few more minutes and no store manager, the best they could do was 20 percent off a 20.00 item.
TLDR
Bathrooms nasty and in disrepair.
Low level staff are nice but poorly trained.
Mid level management is uncaring and has poor conflict resolution abilities.
I will be avoiding this location in the future on principle and even at my inconvenience.

I shop here often. The staff is ready and willing to help. They have a good selection of all things home improvements and garden.If you need advice on a DIY project go during a less busy time and they will help with options

Every time I walk into this place i see customer service doing their job. Walk through the store and you're on your own. Good luck talking with a Manager

Waited almost 30 minutes for curbside pickup. I called to let them know I've checked in and had been waiting. I was put on hold, then he came back on the line to confirm that I was at the right location, in the # space that I said I was when checking in, etc. he seemed extremely confused as if he didn't even know they offered curbside or something. He asked what kind of car I was in and said he'd come out and look for me. So Mike comes out and skims the parking lot with his eyes but completely avoids looking in the curbside area's direction which was right in front of him. My friend waved her arms out of the window, I honked etc before he just walks inside, didn't get back on the line after putting me on hold. So I hung up and walked inside to see mike standing next to another man (Eddie) at customer service. I wait to be helped while the other man was with a customer. Mike just stood there. He eventually just walks away telling eddie he was going to go watch self checkout. Didn't bother to offer help or anything, leaving me to wait on the one person helping someone. I had to carry my large items out to my car. Defeats the purpose of curbside. Could've at least carried it out for me. Gonna stick to home depot from now on.

Waiting inline!!!!!!! So much for having enough cashiers and the cashiers being trained to call for help. And there were more people behind me waiting.

I want to thank the man at the return desk, Nate, for not giving a hoot about his job. It really sped up the process when you said "white noise" over and over until I just decided not to deal with you anymore and just left my purchased item on the desk. You are a truly miserable person and I hope my review helps you toward unemployment.

Absolutely worthless company. We have been trying for a month to get any assistance from this local store in buying and installing vinyl flooring. Lots of promises, lots of guarantees, but when we try to actually buy a product or arrange installation, well, '...there's a complication...'. Every single time. It appears that deception and misleading 'guidance' is the standard operating practice at Lowes. It's not an issue of money; I'll swear, I'd pay more to be able to locate an honest, dependable company. Clearly, this isn't it.BTW -- I went to the web site to try and complain through that route. There's no option to e-mail customer service, But I'm SURE that's just a coincidence, right?

Terrible service very rude older man in the mower section wouldn't even offer to measure the belt I needed for a replacement just said " I don't know I just work here " found much better help elsewhere

This is the best Lowe's in Pirate'cola! Derek in the Nursery told us so. Hahah We love Derek! To Lowe's management: Mr. Derek, in the Nursery helped my hubby & I load very heavy pavers multiple times the last couple weeks with not only a smile but also was a pleasant conversationalist & a super cool positive spirit to boot! We appreciated his help & time tremendously. Derek helped me load on occasion & he helped hubby load, we made several trips. What a lovely person you have as a employee! Like me, he also lost his mother early & we had a lovely conversation about how important moms are. WOW. He is the most genuine sweet super special person I have met in a long time. Hubby & I both enjoyed meeting him & want to give him a special thank you for all his help & kindness! Hopefully we will be done with this patio soon but if we have to return we will most certainly be looking for Derek! Pavers are heavy, hard work & we need lots of help, and apparently lots of burgers lol Thank you Derek! :)) XOXO

I would advise Lowe's management to read reviews and then concern themselves with the issues that are plaguing basically every one of their stores. I placed an online order over a day ago at Lowes on Airport. The system took the order, charged my card and then that's where it ended. No acknowledgement of filling the order and/or progress on the order. I canceled it well into a day later. I'm patient but this is ridiculous. I could have gone there and gotten it myself which is what I will do today or tomorrow. If they can't fill online orders for pickup, then stop the process of doing this. They get a one star from me for failing in this area. Lowes has gone from dependable and quick in 2020 to quite the opposite in 2021.

By far the worst place I've ever done business. I spent right at $5000 to put all new appliances in my new house. They were to be delivered which was discussed when I purchased the appliances. Only to be called and told no that's too far we don't want to go that far. Take it from me avoid doing any business with this Lowe's. I personally and the company that I am in charge of ordering and buying material for will never do business with Lowe's again.
