“We come here every now and then when we visit Target or we need something. Other than that, this place can be super busy since it is near the University and adjacent to different apartments that surrounds the area. There's not much to say about the store since it varies. The people here are nice. Then again it varies from place to place.”

“Since I work at NAS Pensacola, I stop in often to grab some things. Always a great selection and vegetables always fresh. The Deli is always has great food. The short ribs are off the chain! Everyone who works there is always cheerful and their was a certain beer they were out of that I like. The manager was on the phone with the distributor while ringing up my groceries. That was awesome!! Always look forward to shopping there.”

As a woman, it can be intimidating to go to the corner store alone, but I feel the atmosphere is safe both inside & in the parking lot. Prices are good. I now drive straight past the corner store closest to my house & go to Majik Market.”

“Magee Field Grocery is a place and community I grew up in and as a child Ms Gobber would pay me to dust the shelves and take out the trash . herr maid Danny Mae and her was very good to me all the Conor stores was good to me and they would hide me when my mother was angry with me they all would say Barnett's she's not here and my mom would tell them they was telling a lie it was the joke we all laugh about later.”

“Tried the deli for the first time. Wife had chicken curry, I had a cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburger and fries was very good. The said the curry was different from Indian curry, but she really enjoyed it. We split a fried cheesecake. The cheesecake was a little bland. We decided next time we will spread jam on it. Anxious to try some of the other items on the menu. Certainly worth checking out.”

“The food here is great. Taste like home-cooked meals. The service on the food truck is great as well. They’re very organized and they get your food to you. Very hot like it should be. The area that it is in is not the best but all you have to do is just stay to yourself and mind your business. You won’t have a problem. Also, the staff in the store are very helpful and nice. “Food quality- excellent! We currently live in Illinois, and we were amazed to see raw milk, goat milk, goat butter. These are impossible to find in Chicago. In fact if you want these things in Illinois you to find a nice Amish farm to buy from. It may have been a bit of trip down memory lane for him as he pondered the dairy case and thought back to his childhood in Europe, where these things are common. My husband really enjoyed the butter he picked up for his morning toast. We found some nice coffee, and oatmeal from the bulk section. Service- very kind staff. We left one of our bags in the store and one of the young men working there found us in the parking lot and handed us our bag of groceries that we had left behind. This is exactly the kind of market that I would love to shop in on a regular basis. There is enough selection but not too much.”

“Consistently clean, plenty of parking, always has at least one full service cashier lane open along with several self-service checkouts. And what makes it even better? Not only can you purchase your groceries, but you can get your pharmacy and liquor store needs and desires fulfilled as well. UPDATE: word is that www.Aldi.US has purchased Winn Dixie, and as a result, Winn Dixie has closed all of their pharmacies.”

“I have used this Commissary for more than 20 years and I find it satisfies the bulk of my shopping needs. Prices are generally competitive with local grocery stores & bargains when it comes to most meat items. The store is clean and generally well stocked. Yet, I’m puzzled by the frequent almost continuous rearrangement of the isles & the logic of product placement (ie., soda on one isle, flavored water & power drinks on another; health & beauty aids on one & vitamins on another and nutritional supplement drinks, aka Ensure, back with the water.) There must be some logic… This leads to my BIGGEST of “you can do it better”; there is little to no customer service to be found, except in the meat department. The cashier cage is not a worthy customer service point. The ID checker is not the customer service representative. Other than an alert bell for the meat department there are no call buttons or alert system in place to request assistance. The commissary office does not advertise itself for customer service and the staff is surprised if you walk in and ask question. Please, on this issue, you can do better!”

“I hate this illness that I live with every day. But I have no choice, I cannot wish it away. I have a genetic brain disorder and sometimes it decides what's going to happen for me. This morning I fell in Publix parking lot, and I hit my head. It was very embarrassing. Because sometimes it hits when I have run out of energy. Like today I had been driving with me and my dogs for over two hours. That's a lot for me. I should have known better I admit. The Publix's folks could not have been nicer. They bought me in. And looked after me. They called my wife so that they could know what my illness does. I could not have asked for more caring and understanding than I received this morning. Thank you so much! Once my wife explained she came and got me home, it wasn't far. Again thank you sorry to say but now that we live in this are it may happen again.”
