We had the cushions on our 10 year old sofa replaced. Garden street did an excellent job. Our only other option was to replace the sofa. Job well done!

When my job changed to fully remote I needed to reupholster a pair of threadbare club chairs in my home office that were a prominent fixture in the background of my on-camera meetings. The Garden Street team was very helpful with narrowing down the extensive number of colors, patterns, and textures and they did it within my budget. Great experience and already planning my next job!

Omg ! Like a kid in a candy store ! Gorgeous !! I'm looking for fabric to make a cushion for a church pew. They do have a table and chairs to sit while looking thru books of fabric swatches. Very knowledgeable and fun assistance from Erin. Dreams come true here. For any upholstery need. Highly recommend !!

I always trust Jeff and his staff for all my home projects! Anything from vanity stools and remote blinds to wallpaper and slipcovers! Jeff never disappoints!! He always has a great selection of coverings and fair prices for the work!

I came into the store wanting to purchase material to make pillow covers with fabric that would not shrink or very little shrinkage. The lady who sold me the material said that this would not shrink. I pre washed it just in case and it SHRUNK A WHOLE FOOT EACH DIRCECTION!! NOW I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THIS MATERIAL!! My review of this store is all they want is your money. They do not care about your project and to make sure what you buy will be a success. Sorry I went there.

Beautiful fabrics. A local design center that should be in New York on 5th Avenue! The owner Jeff chooses the best fabrics in the entire area. I visit the Pensacola location mostly however, there is another Ft. Walton Beach location as well. Karen does amazing design work and is patient in getting all things coordinated perfectly. Their pillows are gorgeous. I highly recommend !

I posted the following review on Garden Street Fabrics & Design's FB Page: Bought $5K Dresser which lasted for 3 whole months before it sank 1" in middle and 2 of the drawers stopped working. Instead of replacing this brand new dresser, DS sent furniture repairman to our home to put support underneath and reinstall drawer guides. A month later, drawer guides failed again; DS sent equipment and told us it was no longer under warranty. Hated decorators taste, felt like everything was from a catalog, a Fingerhut catalog. $4K recliner came with Doritos in back so pretty sure it was sitting in a warehouse somewhere. There is a large gouge in our new dining room table which DS declined to address. Bed headboard came with black streak and bed base came with water stain. DS paid for rental of upholstery cleaner and cleaning solution. The ottoman purchased specifically for back problems is too short in comparison to the couch and the legs are missing. He posted in response on the FB page that he has no idea "who this crazy person is" posting on the FB page, yet sent me the following email: Jeffrey Spradlin d*****s***f******@i*****.com to me, k******. Lise, you dreadful ungrateful liar. You did not spend a nickel on any of the items that YOUR SISTER graciously purchased for you. It would not matter if it came from fingerhut or goodwill or Bloomingdales because apparently you have no clue about anything. For you to go on Facebook and smear our good reputation is appalling to say the least and shows why you are where you are in life. We bent over backwards to drive 600 miles to give you a beautiful home and this is the thanks we get. Please rot in hell. My only saving thought is knowing what a dreadful leach of a person you are- I feel so sorry for your sister....You are a miserable human being taking up precious space on this earth....please donate everything we brought to you and go buy your own shit.... Sent from my iPhone I have tried working with this company for a year to get the items replaced or repaired. He has ultimately blown us off. My sister wanted to provide us a gift of furnishings and interior design services in our new home, during my retirement. She has used "K" for years in her own homes, even after K moved to GSF&D when her prior workplace closed doors. So my sister felt confident in engaging her services along with Jeffrey Spradlin at GSF&D to provide us with this gift. My sister paid all expenses that were incurred and billed: delivery fees, gas, food and lodging for all employees, including a rental car and flights home for K and her assistant. I am retired from my last career as an administrative assistant, providing 23 years of loyal service to NASA. I am not a leach, nor am I a miserable person. We have tried over and over to get the issues with our furniture resolved. Jeffrey has treated us poorly and has refused to make things right. I have given my sister updates over the months and she is beyond horrified at his latest response. Because it was a gift from my sister, Jeffrey expected me to be grateful for whatever was sent and not speak up. But I find that unfair to me and my sister. She did not get what she bargained for and it has been awkward to try and get things made right. I am grateful for my sister's generosity and my sister knows this many times over as I tell her this. My sister and K are left in the most awkward position from this business owner's lack of professionalism and integrity. I didn't even mention our new sofa in my original review. It was another item we had a quality issue with from the very beginning. My sister paid for high end sofa construction and upholstery. This is what it looks like one year later:
