Most unhelpful staff in a Fastebal I’ve ever encountered. Been in there twice in search of a slightly uncommon screw (M4 .7 flat/flush head 35mm long, for example) only to be immediately told “there’s no way I’m going to have anything that will match that.” Not even willing to get up from their desk and attempt to look or even measure the screw. You guys should really reevaluate what you consider good customer service.
