I brought my sewing machine in to have the tensions fixed, expecting to have to leave it and come back for it. They completed the repairs right away. Everyone was so sweet, helping me get the machine to the back of the shop then returned to my car. This store is clean, well lit, airy, and beautifully laid out. They sell gorgeous fabrics and are a quilter's dream. They have lots of fun "stuff", and I will go back just to browse.

I finally went into this store to ask about service. Viking they do not service. I wondered around the store for another period of time, but didn't receive any further help. I wanted to know about the used machines in the back. I was a bit put off.

Purchased a machine today from these folks. They were knowledgeable and patient with my questions. When one person couldn’t answer questions about a specific machine, another person came and helped me, so it was a good team effort and I’ve benefited from their shared knowledge. Looking forward to going back for the classes that were included with my machine purchase.
