“Location: 5Cleanliness: 5Customer Service: 5Affordability: 5We stopped by this morning to go shopping at the Navy Main Exchange, since it's conveniently located right outside of NAS Pensacola, Florida. They have a very large parking lot, and the Exchange is co-located next to the commisionary. As a retired military family we try and support these facilities, because this the businesses that directly support the active duty members. The Main Exchange offers brand name clothing and many other accessories. They always have plenty of staff and we always gotten great customer service.”

“We always went to Kohls up in Chicagoland, and this is even better. Had to interrupt a friendly conversation between staff members, but I was immediately helped. Found exactly the area I needed. Found what I wanted and more! The clearance selection was such a mess that it was impossible to look for sizes. Things were on the floor and attacked on top. The sales were good and the sales tax holiday was a nice extra!”

“I went to Tractor supply to buy a pair of boots for picking trash along the side of the road. A very nice lady approached me and ask if she could help me. We both wear a size 10. I eventually found a matching 10. I enjoyed the customer service and our conversation. Thank you so much. She had American Flag boots”

“I have used this Commissary for more than 20 years and I find it satisfies the bulk of my shopping needs. Prices are generally competitive with local grocery stores & bargains when it comes to most meat items. The store is clean and generally well stocked. Yet, I’m puzzled by the frequent almost continuous rearrangement of the isles & the logic of product placement (ie., soda on one isle, flavored water & power drinks on another; health & beauty aids on one & vitamins on another and nutritional supplement drinks, aka Ensure, back with the water.) There must be some logic… This leads to my BIGGEST of “you can do it better”; there is little to no customer service to be found, except in the meat department. The cashier cage is not a worthy customer service point. The ID checker is not the customer service representative. Other than an alert bell for the meat department there are no call buttons or alert system in place to request assistance. The commissary office does not advertise itself for customer service and the staff is surprised if you walk in and ask question. Please, on this issue, you can do better!”

I was so lost on what I needed to provide care to my new babies. The lady at the register was darling . She helped me so much and I was truly grateful. “I got sent lights from West And Arrow and they were absolutely amazing! Did not break on me! The suction from the lights on the wall did not come off and worked perfectly! I absolutely adore these lights and the disco ball as well as the curtain lights. They definitely added a great addition to my room decor and I plan on using more of these in the future for my living room and hallways and any additional rooms I have! They make such a great addition for if you want to host a party and invite guests over! Which I definitely plan on doing now that I have these lights ‼ The disco ball is so cute and I love the size of it and the fact that it has multiple modes along with a remote control for great usage! And the led strip lights come in so many wonderful colors along with certain modes as well which makes it outstanding for picture and video taking. Would definitely use these in my next YouTube video or if I want to shoot a quick Tiktok haha! Thank you guys so much for the great quality of these lights! They are amazing and I am definitely going to recommend to my friends to purchase these exact merchandise of lights instead of the ones from Amazon!
