This store is always nasty. The fountain drinks and the Foster station always nasty. People standing behind the counter doing nothing but playing on their phone when there are no lids no straws half the time they're out of cups. They're always out of certain cigarettes not sure who's ordering. They're obviously not ordering properly or just not ordering the items at all

Update: dropped from 5 stars to 4. I don't know what happened to the other guy, but the handful of times I've gone in since, there has been a different guy. He doesn't acknowledge u and while you're using the self checkout he's right there monitoring u. Well if you're going to awkwardly be in someone's face, at least sadly hello or ask if they need anything else. U can't even say hello or gave a good morning, or anything, but u watch me like a hawk while I'm ringing up my coffee.*----- Original review -----I think this is the first time I've EVER rated a CK 5 stars. I travel all over the south east for work. I don't work "regular" hours, so most of my interactions with convenience stores is with the overnight staff, as there are usually no coffee shops open yet.Anyhow, the guy working was so pleasant and friendly. He greeted me with a smile, which even just the greeting part is a big deal. When I went to the register to pay, he was very welcoming and did not act bothered. He just seemed like a genuinely nice person, and liked his job, which was truly reflected.Most importantly, the store looked clean, including the coffee area, it was stocked and all wiped down. I'm so used to seeing the coffee area trashed, even at night when it's slow (not here, just most convenience stores in general). Like what are these people doing? Just sitting there, being lazy and ignoring customers, that's what.In my experience, overnight staff most of the time doesn't even greet anyone. They sit there looking miserable and ignoring customers until they go to the register to pay. Which at that point, half the time you still don't even get a simple "hello." They act like you are bothering them. Cause you know, they can't be bothered, they're sitting there playing on their phones, and now you've interrupted all the important stuff they were doing ?You definitely have a keeper here. Too bad I didn't get his name, but its Tuesday, 3/19, 2 AM. I hope he is recognized. He clearly knows his primary role is customer service, and it doesn't bother him. There are just too many convenience store workers that don't recognize this, or even care to. I really hope management takes notice of him. I can see him in a management position. ?

The clerk Jason treats customers poorly has a bad attitude every time i come makes it uncomfortable to use this spot.

I have tried this gas station a few times and there seems to always be an issue with the payment tech or gas pump. So I have to drive to another place. It has happened a few times.

This place had roaches crawling around the drink area. I informed the employee and they did not seem too concerned about it. Gross. This is unsanitary and dangerous. Roaches carry germs and disease.

Besides the general lack of morale overall by all employees, Jules is the only overnight that doesn’t have hot food ready by 5:15am. Jules does not seem to care for anything but the cellphone time behind the counter.

First time that I've had a clerk not give my change back from a purchase. Not good. I even asked, what the total was? Hoping it would click a light on in her head. Guess not. I'm assuming it was a mistake. I could understand if it was just a few cents but being a total of $17 plus some change and I handed her a $20. Hmm.
