“Update: As I learn more about beef, I'm grateful the Butcher Shop has actual Butchers on hand. I make my own Biltong and the Butchers have done me right. Last week I went in and bought a 24lb section of beef. The young female Butcher had the confidence and patience to understand and carve that slab that I could use every ounce. Biltong, Tallow, a very creative rolled roast. That roast was so good, ill be back once my Biltong is done.
The popularity of this store makes the selection of precut meat hit or miss. The location of the selection changes. The good news is if you have time, they will cut to order if you have a specific cut wanted.
Domestic and Australian Wagyu galore. Large selection of spices and sauces. Prices for these extras are rather high for the size containers. It's an add-on, just like the candies at grocery check-out.”

Big Moose and Edward Lormand have created something quite special! Well worth the drive!
