This is the 3rd time I have shopped there. They greet you at the door but after that one asked me if I needed help looking for something specific, instead I was followed by an employee pretending to be doing or looking for something. I felt like I was being watched just in case I was stealing or something! When I got to the register I told the cashier how bad their customer service is or maybe it's because I'm black I didn't get the same service as the whites or hispanics got. However if I decide to go back there and if I experience the same treatment I will contact their corporate office and file a complaint. Or should I just record it and put it on social media ?

Spent 45 minutes rooming around the store trying to get someone to help me pick a loose powder that would match my tone/shade. Teenagers leave no space for other customers to be attended.

Justin the sassy manager was so rude, unprofessional . I don’t recommend being serviced by him Tiffany was so nice and pleasant and professional glad she helped me .

Pilar helped my friend and I the past two Fridays. She went above and beyond in explaining what to use and most importantly WHY. I did not understand skin care before. I just thought I wash my face and put lotion on. Pilar went into detail about the skin, what I could benefit from, and showed me different products in the store all ranging in price. She did the same with my friend. I do not usually write reviews, but my experience with Pilar was exemplary. Thank you for all of your help.

I found what I was looking for, some of the girls were very helpful and nice, but goshh this cashier ruined the whole experience… I really can’t get why people have no manners in this kind of positions, as a costumers, we have more options where to spend our money you know?!
And apparently most of the bad reviews are for the same exactly reason…

Terrible staff no help had to ask 3 people for help finally gave up because was so frustrated. One staff member walked away in the middle of my conversation with her because she was cold and needed to move from air conditioning but just walked away leaving with words in my mouth. Will never ask for help if I ever return will take my chances looking for the products I need on my own. I spent a good chunk of money here but don’t know if I will be back. What poor customer service. Terrible experience!
