We ordered a 16ft truck ended up with a 26 ft insteadone way from upstate New York to the southern tip of Florida

The lady that works there is rude, has no customer service skills. During my rental journey; this must've been the worse. Lady stated that truck was dirty and i had to sweep the truck basically clean the truck. She went inside the place brought cleaning products to clean the truck. Do not deal with this place!
