I literally waited 5 hours from 1:30 - 5:20 while they continued to tell me the driver was only 30 mins away every 30 mins I called. They made me miss my appointment to the Machanic. They insisted on me paying for my service first through the phone, which I’ve never done In my life. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude

I waited over 4 hours for service. I called their phone countless of times to find out ETA of tow truck. They ignored my phone calls and never showed and I paid over phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Extremely rude and made me wait for 3 hours for service. I would have called elsewhere but they made me pay before I received service.

Dispatcher I spoke to on the phone was courteous and very helpful. I had no cash on me at the time but I was able to pay over the phone with ease. They sent me timely updates on the driver's ETA. Driver got to me faster than estimated and was a really good guy. Don't plan on breaking down anytime soon but would definitely use their services again. Thanks.

Completely and utterly disgusting service. I called for a tow truck at 7:13, my ETA was an hour at time of calling. I had to pay in advanced (why? Only god knows), and in doing so doomed myself to three hours of NOTHING. The provides company, Alamo towing, gave me an eta and a phone number to call. The number didn't pick up once in the 15 times I called. Thats no exaggeration.. 15 calls in 2 hours. I tried calling this number back, on hold for 45 minute. I had to call from a Google voice number to reach someone. I am DISGUSTED. How on EARTH can this level of service be provided to anyone? I called another tow company, that isn't a broker, and I had someone show up in 30 minutes. This company needs to reevaluate how they conduct business.Service: Car towing

I recently called these geniuses for a tow, and unlike the other three companies which just required the location of the vehicle and where it was going to, these geniuses were literally asking me for my blood type. I'm surprised they didn't ask me when was the last time I was at a gloryhole. They kept me on the phone for for over 5 minutes just to quote me more than double than everyone else. I should have known the minute this dude was asking me irrelevant questions that he was a DeVry grad. Everyone else quoted me $75, these jag-offs quoted me over $170's.

They were very efficient and helpful. They understood my situation and the urgency and went above and beyond to help me get home. They were patient understanding and what's most important very compassionate. And I would definitely recommend them they are worth the price. Additionally they are insured and covered for any other unforeseen issues on the road while your vehicle is strapped to their flat Bed God forbid should a situation arise. Cant get any better than that!
