pharmacist can be very rude and doesn't seem to care about the patient...also they're very slow they had my prescriptions for 2 days and when I called I was told they were working on them to come in When I got there the pharmacist seemed to be very irritated stating she was working on prescriptions for 4 other people but no one was there waiting but me. I've been here over an hour now and still waiting. Every month there seems to be a problem. One month it took 9 days to get my meds and being a cancer patient I need my meds

The staff is courteous and kind. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and the owner is knowledgeable and extremely kind esp with the degrees he has. I would never consider going else where. They have helped me tremendously.

i called this specialty pharmacy because my usual pharmacy owner told me about this specialty pharmacy close by. he told me to give the owner a call as it is a friend. i called, got GLORIA, phone answerer. told her wanted to speak to the owner to discuss possible using tem for specialty meds and referring to my clients as i am an advocate. told her my pharmacy owner to me to call him. instantly told NO CANNOT SPEAK TO HIM. TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT, i said no, it is a personal situation, will need to speak to him to see if it will work. again NO. hung up on me. called back to speak to ADMIN OPTION. who answered, GLORIA, very very bad bully, rude nasty, young and disrespectful girl with an attitude. put pharmacist on. same bully and rude nastiness. not one was polite and did not treat me like i could become a valued customer. treated me like i was their punching bag. despicable, disrespectful, hateful. pharmacist SCOTT was same and hung up on me because i told him i need to speak to the owner that was about other things first, not meds. you see, i wanted to see how they would treat me and people i could refer to them. etc. so let this be heard: I WILL SEND TO THE BBB MY COMMENTS AS WELL AND TO ANY OTHER RATING SERVICE FOR PHARMACIES THAT NEED TO BE STAYED AWAY FROM UNLESS ONE LIKES ABUSE. a forewarning. buyer beware.
