I just went shopping and the employees said that the coupons in that store are applied on Saturdays when that is not the case. I only wanted one product and he told me that he was not going to allow me to apply the coupon that if I wanted I would buy it at normal price or leave. to another store to buy it is rude

This store is convenient to where I live. I stop in when I am in the shopping center anyhow. They have a wide variety of products you can't fins everywhere, even at the big box stores. I find they have been out of stock on certain items for a while. Foe a year or longer. So, why keep the space occupied with a tag for things you don't sell? The cashiers are always pleasant and will guide customers to the correct aisle they need. Prices are about average. I don't find a lot of it to be lower priced. For me, it is convenience when I am.in the shopping center.

I went on Saturday to uses my $5 dollars coupon and they have problem in the system, so the coupon did not went through and they say that the problem is in the system and they can’t do anything about it. The app also is not working properly, Is giving error.

This dollar store is great. In a great location with plenty of shops around. This was my first time here I walked right in and it was huge organized and M clean they have many snacks. , house stuff and just about everything for a decent price some things are a dollar or less but some are more they have a huge fridge and freezer section. I was surprised since I never seen one like that. Although I didn't get anything this time I'll defiantly be back. They did say have. a great day that was nice of them but not many workers and pretty empty

Love the new look. The staff is always nice. 99% of the time I go to dollar general instead of Walmart. They more products and I don't mind paying a little extra because I don't mind paying for convenience.

Shouldn't Dollar General (dollar stores in general) be cheaper than Walmart? I stopped here for a bag of bird seeds for the 3 families of ducklings (4 in each) plus 2 mamma ducks and 2 Blue Jay's that I feed by my place.They has an 8 lb bag for almost $9. I decided to check Walmart, because I recalled paying about $7 for that same size. Sure enough, their bag was only $7, so I bought it at Walmart.

How is it that we live in America and the workers there speak no English. How is that possible?...where's the customer service, there was none because he could not help. I was highly upset. But had the nerve and asked if I spoke his language. What a joke!? ?

Walmart is cheaper! I thought I'd check out DG and download the app for store use, product scan for prices and fun. Half the time when scanning items the bar code was not recognized as an item at the store, the sticker prices or in store posted sales did not reflect on the cash register when checking out, and unfortunately the cashier could not correct the error properly but further over charged me! So I waited for a manager. It was simple math and the manager got her pen out and tried to figure it out...good Lord! Basic math, use a calculator!! I was still over charged but decided it could only get worse for this so called manager. I was nice about it, smiled and said Thank you and proceeded to remove the app from my phone, and I will NOT be returning to DG. In the end I was still over charged some.
