I had an active membership until 01/24 and even though I still payed over $30 for the month they told me I need to figure out my account on another location and can’t workout. over 5 staff inside the front desk looking at me and only one talking. The excuse was that my home club was not from the same ownership, but it seems that they did not want to listen what I was coming from. Very frustrating to know that they don’t understand how their policies and benefits work

I live on the West Coast but work will have me weekly here in the area, so this is not my home gym. I was nervous about visiting after skimming the reviews. Worried I wouldn’t be able to get on the equipment I needed, too crowded to work out, you name it. I did arrive before doors opened, but even other reviews said they were there before doors opened and it was too crowded. I am happy to report that even the first week of the new year when you’d expect all your resolution folks to be packing the gym that there was adequate space to work out. I was able to walk right up to a squat rack after my warm up and I only had to wait 4-5 mins for the leg curl machine. When it was time for my walking cool down there was enough treadmills to make it happen. This isn’t as large at my home gym but it seems to be more than adequate. I wouldn’t mind if this had to be my home gym.

After a very unpleasant experience, I most definitely will not be joining Crunch Fitness nor would I recommend this club to anyone. After signing up for a 3-day trial and feeling excited about working out at a new gym, I was rudely informed by an associate - Jacob that he could only offer me a 1-day trial. He stated that it was upper management's decision and also because the gym was over-crowded. I proceeded to ask questions to better understand why Crunch Fitness would market a 3-day pass, allow me to choose this club only then to be told I am allowed 1-day to workout. This is definitely a contradiction and an inconvenience to anyone looking to try Crunch Fitness out - especially at this club location. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing and there seems to be a lack in uniformity. I was willing to accept the gym's requirement if that was the case, but Jacob's lack of empathy and poor customer service rubbed me the wrong way. He was very hesitant to give me the GM's information when I asked for it initially. All in all, I did not end up working out there and I'm very disappointed that Mike (GM) decides to run his operation this way. I'll stick to my Youfit membership for now.

Not a friendly staff! They scam people here not letting you use promotion you got online.The gym is clean and nice thoughJacob feels like he is the owner and do what ever he likes there

Great gym with the necessary equipment you expect to find. There is a sauna in the locker room and enough showers to not have to wait. The only downside is the amount of people that go here. I tend to go in the AM, from 5-6 and it is full. Same scenario whenever I have gone after work at 4:30.

I love Crunch! The staff here is so respectful and knowledgeable i love my trainer wotch and people like Jasmine who just are there for your needs and want you to have the best experience possible. Totally recommend!!

Doesn’t treat loyal members fairly! There’s always a “new” or “updated” policy. The tall , African American male at the receptionist counter is a jerk. There are other locations better than this one.

Beware of the "rest of the month free" sign ups. I decided to try it out and signed up but couldn't make it in unfortunately. Then my job offered us 6 months free at another gym. I walked in after 1 week to cancel and was told it was a "90 day commitment" that was not mentioned at the time of sign up. Now they want to charge 3 months plus a fee. When I requested to speak to upper management. You're told there is no one. They only offer an address only and no resolution. Great way to do business! Fortunately I work at the largest apartment community in South Florida right across i75, I will get the word out not to patronize this gym. Word of mouth is everything. I went by on lunch break and after work. It was so crowded people were bumping into each other. There is no parking and terrible customer service! They seem to be very money hungry. I hate it for anyone who tries to cancel.

I singed up a week ago for the "rest of the month free". Due to my crazy work schedule, I couldn't make it in. I went in to cancel and was told today that I would automatically be charged for 3 months plus an annual fee. How is this acceptable? Why would I pay an annual fee and I haven't even attended a month. I was told my 1st charge would be December 1st and I'm canceling before. Good luck to ANYONE trying to cancel. Apparently the gym is now a used car lot with pushy sales people and hidden fees. Good luck trying to speak with upper management, apparently there is no one and you can only write to an address. This place is a joke.

I was moving locations, they made it difficult to cancel subscriptions and continued to charge me after the fact. Disgusting financial practices I won’t be recommending this establishment to anyone

This gym is amazing, it has great members that will help you achieve your fitness goals, and good equipment that are sanitized. Would definitely recommend this gym to others.

Idk about other crunch locations, but this one is always clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They also have tons of events for food and fitness clothing. It’s a good community.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff is really professional and all the machines are new. New gym, new everything, massage chair, sauna, and tanning. Very happy with Crunch Fitness!

There is plenty of room. Many choices of different machines, separate weight room.I left around 630 p.m., and there was a clean team member doing a deep down cleaning of every machine. I never saw that. I wonder if my home Crunch does that.
