Based on my recent experience, I will not be banking with Chase again. I went in on a Saturday at 12 PM…I asked the lady if I can open a checking and savings account and she told me to wait patiently and somebody will take care of me. There were only 2 bank tellers and people in front of me waiting for their appointments. A couple minutes later, a bunch of people walked in for notaries and one of them was complaining that they needed to get the situation done now and that then couldn’t wait for an hour. The manager allowed them to skip the line and took care of them simply because they were complaining…so I guess if you want something done, then you need to yell and harass the employees. Because of this, after I waited an hour and a half for assistance…she then tells me that they would not be able to help me today and I can schedule an appointment. The manager did tell me to try making my account online, but when I did that it told me that I already was a member and I needed my account number which I obviously don’t have. So when she asked me again to do it I told her what happened and she assumed that I was doing it wrong, even though I wasn’t…so after I tried signing up online again and it told me the same thing, I decided to walk out. I was very patient and polite with everyone there and I can’t understand why they would even tell me to wait if they knew nobody was gonna help me. Unbelievable and extremely disappointed.

Worst chase in the area the outside ATM Never has cash and Always has computer errors, Only 1 ATM on the inside with the same consistent issues if you go inside to be helped by a teller no one welcomes you or tries to help you would give them zero stars if I could where is your customer service? please help this location out!!

The first time I went, a teller disrespected me and talked down to me from the moment I approached her. During my cash withdrawal I asked if she would be kind enough to count the money in front of me. She said, "no."During my second visit I had a different teller but the experience was almost as bad as the first. Typically I'm a person that informs management of serious problems. Unfortunately during both visits I was too busy to complain so I wrote this review.This particular Chase Bank allows its employees to disrespect customers. Judging from reviews of other customers, this branch is in need of better management. At present they don't care about you or your money.

Garbage bank. Walked in to add someone to account. 5 employees inside of branch only 1 banker. They could not provide any service. So basicly a building with 4 ATMs, and an over booked banker.

This is probably one of the worst banks. I walked in to open an account 2 people there doing nothing and they told me I had to make an appointment. Really! No one wants to work anymore. Zero stars from me.

I wish I could give them zero star I had to review something in my accounts call mom I tried to call that branch for three hours nobody answer. So I went directly to the branch waited for 45 minutes and afterwords when a lady started to take care of me,the first thing she told me is that she had only five minutes to help me because she has an appointment It doesn't make any sense that they had only one person working as a customer service at 3 o'clock in the afternoon And she was acting like she was doing me a favor This is the worst but really the worst customer service that I ever saw in my life I went back today and I call from outside again nobody answer the phone then i walk in , at least 10 people were working in the bank and only one customer none of them bother to answer it So if you need to make an appointment you need to go in wait on line , make the appointment and come back another day It doesn't make any sense the management should be on top of this Zero customer service

I visited the branch to open an account, not mentioning that I came in yesterday to do the same thing and NO ONE even acknowledged me. I left and set up an appt, came in today and Isabel had the appt but it seems as though certain Chase branches dont want to do business. Covid hasnt affected them considering they’re turning down business cause i didnt have my green card with me. I had my passport, ID & bill to show my residence but isabel would not even try to assist me. Awful service at that branch, ended up going to another branch and was helped without issue. Rating should be zero for that particular branch, with businesses closing executives should take not and put better protocol in place.

ATM crashes often. Workers will tell you there is nothing they can do about it, do not believe them. Female workers are just rude overall at this location.. :/ Chase has a designated claims department that will investigate and make sure you receive the $ the ATM ate...
