I used to trust All Tune and Lube with my car repairs and oil changes. They told me I had an oil leak near my engine, also that I needed a NEW power steering pump, rack & pinion, and tie & rod. They quoted me over $2000 dollars to repair these parts. I got a second opinion, it turns out the "oil" they said was leaking was a power steering fluid leak due to a problem with the power steering pressure line hose. I got a full repair for under $400. My car is running perfectly now. All Tune and Lube tried to scam me (assuming they aren't just bad mechanics). I would/will not recommend them to anyone unless they want an average priced oil change.
Based on their comment they either didn't understand me or just lack the knowledge, they originally told me I needed a whole new power steering pump (plus more). They fail to mention anything about the power steering pressure line hose. The power steering pressure line hose was the ONLY thing I needed replaced to fix the problem. So yes All Tune, I did have a power steering fluid leak, however my comment was not contradictory. When given the estimate you failed to mention any power steering leak or anything about the pressure line hose which was the only spot that had the issue. Take care of yourself, I would not trust this place without a second opinion elsewhere.

Well my experience was not good.. I had a leak and needed to know where it was coming from.....First I was charged $89.99 to do a diagnostic check on my car.. Than the young man told me my thermostat and water system was messed up so I had to get the fix plus get a coolant flush done and I was being charge $600 plus.. I ask why do I need a coolant flush if I have a leak he said it was required because if air and bubbles which did not make sense to me. It did not sound good to me.. So I had someone I know listen to the conversation and my friend told me that did not sound right. I paid for the test because I didn't not trust what he was saying to me. Took my car to another place and the only thing that was wrong with my car was a broken water hose the guy even showed me the hose my coolant was leaking through it and made it look like it was my thermostat.. SMH I believe they knew this but was trying to get over on me. Im glad I follow my gut and left.. I do not recommend this place at all.. They see out of town addresses and think they can tell you whatever and you buy it... I do not like when people try to take advantage of people... Just be honest!

I initially found this place on Groupon and I am so happy with the team here. Even without the Groupon, prices are much better than other local places and they have been the only place I've gone that they don't try to tell you something else is wrong and charge you for another type of service. They get the job done quick and efficiently, don't try to upsell, and are great people to work with. I see from other reviews, it seems to be a family run business - it definitely shows! Highly recommend!
