PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!! I wish I could give this place a zero star. The absolute worst service I've ever experienced from any business in my entire life. Where do I even begin let's start off with the fact that they told me they have cars there from last October and it's now July. My car has been in the shop for seven weeks because instead of fixing it, they broke it to the point where the car doesn't even drive I brought it in for a brake change and they recommended to get spark plugs changed while I was there. They do such horrible work and rushed work that they broke the spark plugs they were trying to place in the vehicle and now the entire engine is misfiring and cannot even drive off the parking lot. Mind you it drove perfectly fine when I brought it there. We're now on week seven of them having my car because they broke it. They told me we don't have the manpower or the understanding of how to fix your car so it's just sitting there while they screw up other peoples cars in hopes of miracle happens and they're able to fix it. For anyone looking to get your work done in the Panama City area don't it's nothing but a scam drive the 2-3-4 hours away to anywhere but here. This place is absolutely deplorable. I could go on for hours. This makes me never want to buy a Chevy vehicle ever again just because of this one dealership!

Worst customer service. Scheduled oil change over a month in advance & received multiple confirmation emails/texts. Upon arrival for scheduled appointment the line was all the way into the highway & not moving. When they called to reschedule they told me that this was common! When asked what they were going to do about me having an appt. & them not being ready to accept my vehicle they offered nothing as a solution. I hate leaving this review, but they were given every opportunity to provide a remedy for the situation & chose not to.

Terrible experience with the Bill Cramer service Department! I brought in my 2018 Chevy Colorado truck for service because it would violently start shuddering at certain speeds- usually on the interstate at highway speed. Scary! It had just over 50,000 miles on it. After three days of sitting in their shop, and being charged a significant "diagnostic fee"- they "diagnosed" that I needed new tires....ridiculous!! Went to Firestone and got four new tires (although they did not note any abnormal wear). Of course it still had the scary shudder...A few months later- researching it on Chevy forums, saw a Service Bulletin 18-NA-355 on the nhtsa.gov (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) website that this is a problem "Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Shudder" that is fixed changing out to a different transmission fluid. With the current transmission fluid, the shudder occurs after driving for a while (fluid heats up- viscosity goes down), so it shakes mostly at highway speeds, and when towing a trailer. Really, really scary.The truck is at Bill Cramer now- after three days, no word. Service department does not answer the phone. I left two messages with Duane, in the service department, which were not returned. When I went down there, this afternoon they started to look at the truck, and after their new "diagnosis" that this bulletin (that I provided to them) is the problem- BUT is to change out the fluids will be over $600, since it is now outside of the 60,000 mile power train warranty...THIS IS A TOTAL RIPOFF, AND IS WRONG!

I am traveling, as so many others do in February in Florida, only staying for a fee days between camping destinations. My truck began having some starting issues and I wanted to investigate whether it was serious or not. My batteries were less than a year old, having been installed by my local chevy dealer at home in Virginia last June. The service lady said they couldn't look at it for another two weeks. I explained again that I was traveling and would appreciate some help. None was offered, so I gave up and said "thanks". What really gets my goat is that she replied "no problem ". Obviously, since I got no help, I was no problem.

this dealership had the worst service I have ever experienced, from the sales person to the person who was supposed to know the financing. It was as if they could care less that I bought a car. I walked out. and I was ready willing and able to buy a car today. I did buy a car. A Toyota.

This dealership has to be THE ABSOLUTE WORST!! Avoid this place like the plague!! Bought a new Buick from them with a full warranty and then our nightmare began, any and every single time we had to get service work done it was an absolute circus between the lies and not returning calls and excuses for days as to why nothing is getting done in the time it was supposed to be done. This sad excuse of a GM dealership is not where you want to purchase a vehicle and definitely not where you want to attempt to get any service work or warranty work done. The owner is a clown who is doing everything he can to run the business in the ground and I highly suggest you avoid this dumpster fire

My entire family has driven General Motors vehicles since before I was born so when my vehicle was hit and totaled I automatically went to Bill Cramer. What a terrible mistake. Never in my life have I experienced such a lack of respect for the consumer as I did at Bill Cramer. The arrogant attitude of the management team and the "we don't care if you buy or not" demeanor was sickening. They think that since cars aren't flowing in by the truck loads that they can take advantage of the consumers that have to buy a vehicle. Not this woman!I am going to make a prediction. The day will come when you will beg people to come buy your vehicles and when that day comes I will still be telling everyone that will listen to me how Bill Cramer did everything in their power to take advantage of me. I even called twice and asked for the General Manager (Mike) to call me about what had happened and he couldn't be bothered to return my call.Chris Cramer and Will Cramer, you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing the people that I have dealt with to represent you and your family business. This is a small town and we all talk. I will make sure that I tell my story to everyone that will listen about how Bill Cramer treated me as a consumer.

I have never in my life experienced anything like what I did while being in this dealership. Being a vendor, who is only trying to help you as a dealership, and to be treated like I did by being yelled at by the General Manager, of all people, was the most absolute poor customer service I have ever received in my life.You should always keep in mind that EVERY person who walks into your dealership is a potential customer and by the way I was treated I would never buy from this dealership.
