The other reviews talk about previous owners n such but I didn't know them so I can't rebuttal that but what I can do is tell you that the new owners are just fine. Access is simple, the rates are fair, and the grounds are clean and stay dry. So yeah all-n-all their good.

I agree with other reviews the "NEW OWNER" is very rude . Fyi she's not the new owner . She came to pcb about 4 years ago as "THE NEW OWNER" of the rv park on front each Rd . She quickly turned it into a prison and put everyone on lockdown who dared enter her fence . Now she has married THE ACTUAL OWNER of the PAC and stac storage . Who I assume will be in a messy divorce in the near future . The lady is a hater .... And a few other names I can think of would fit her well. The yellow Camaro matches her hair

Ownership is very rude and not pleasant to do business with. We have been here three years, never paid late and have reached a point that we can't deal with ownership anymore. FYI "Laird Street Storage & Pac & Stac storage are the same business. Notwithstanding, no substantial improvements, poor maintenance, weeds are growing in the drive isles, our unit leeks water, standing water sits in the worn drive isles after it rains, poor lighting and fences are falling over.

Receptionist is nice but woman in back room is nasty, rude and arrogant. They also can't keep keyfobs working so getting into your unit is a crapshoot.

Moved out after nearly 10 years without issues. After Hurricane Michael, the owner retired and sold the business. The new owners said that they had great plans but very little improved. The manager became very foul tempered and disrespectful, calling us liars about speaking with them about rent and fees. Stay clear!

This facility is infested with rats.After having our items here (in two separate 10x10 lockers we’ve discovered most of our bedding items (including mattresses) must be disposed of.Huge disappointment.Do not store here unless you do not care about the items you are storing.

Rats are almost gone, unit doesn't flood hardly ever. Just moved out a few months back aside of that the little lock they make you buy is annoying but it does work.

The new owner has put a lot of money into the property. Does her best to always maintain a safe environment for customers. Personally she has gone above and beyond before for me and I'm sure she has with many others and is always fair, highly recommend.

The new owner of this place is out of control. We used this facility to store our boat. They provide a hose to do fresh water rinses to clean the salt water off you boat when you return. First day we were rinsing she rushes out and grabs the hose and rudely informs us this is for washing the engine only because she doesn’t want the place smelling fishy....????? Next day she comes out and tells us we can’t do any washing two days in a row....???? A friend that was with me dropping off the boat washed the salt from his arms and legs and she lost her mind...After several more complaints and new rules she came up with, she told me she was rich and that she didn’t need my buisiness. At this point we exchanged unpleasant words and I am now banned from the property. The way she acted we figured she must be on some serious drugs. Beware if you decide to do business here.
