Amy is the blowout queen! Not only can she color and highlight my super curly hair, her blowouts leave my hair silky smooth and completely dry without frizzing up or frying my locks! Worth the drive in tourist traffic! Thanks Amy!

came here on vacation and needed our hair washed and dried because we have extensions and it’s just easier for someone else to do it.. Amy did mine & I have never been treated as poorly and disrespectful as she was. She was mad that we had extensions, and it wasn’t just a basic blowout & style. the wefts are still damp so we now have to go finish drying our hair even though we just paid $45 for someone else to do it.Absolutely uncalled for.Service: Blowouts

This is the absolute worst hair cut I have ever gotten. Shame on me for going back to let her fix it, it’s even worse! Looks like it was cut with a weed water . BEWARE another year of trying to grow it out again. Live in Florida and now no chance of straightening and wearing it out. Oh my ?Service: Haircut

BEYOND DISGUSTED!! The absolute worst salon I've ever been too. Should have 0 stars. Stylist (Ha) was 15 mins late. Pulled a dirty brush from her bag that she later used on me.... showed her pictures of color and style -trying to blend in my 9 months growth of pewter grey hair, and have a proper cut after lock downs. She totally ignored it all (then over heard another stylist say they were out of 20 developer and many other supplies -probably why my hair turned orange at the roots and pale lilac on the ends -- and the cut? Pathetic.... should have just left when she pulled out the dirty hair filled brush....so save yourself and avoid this place!!

Arrived for a 1:30pm appointment at 1:00pm. Wasn't told until after 2:00 that there would be a another half hour wait due to a perm. Terrible customer service.

We had two very sweet customer service people to help us today one was Virgie near the salon the other was a beautiful young lady up front. We were doing a return. In back and purchased men's slippers before we left up front.

Brooke at the pier park jcpenney in panama city beach, FL is the WORST hairstylist in the world. After telling her that I want balayage (not blonde though just a few shades lighter with a reference picture to go with it), she told me that she could do it. She then took so long putting the lightener in my hair that it bleached it completely blonde. She then "dyed" it to fix it but it came out just as blonde. Me (crying on the inside as she blowdried my hair) had never been so disheartened. She then died my hair again (which she told me she was only dying the blonde parts). It finally turned brown and she curled it only to cover up her mistakes as I woke up this morning and the bottom 3/4th of my hair was a completely different color!!! Turns out she didnt just dye the blonde parts, she just saturated the entire bottom of my hair. DO NOT use brooke! I love the salon but this stylist will do nothing but botch your hair! To make matters worse, she only finished fixing my hair so quickly because her shift had ended AND I still had to pay $110 (including an extra $20 for the length of my hair). Thank god it's winter as I will be the person wearing a nice warm hat for the next 6 months. How JCPenney's standards have slipped!
