This was my first time here. My auxiliary battery on my Chrysler Pacifica went bad so I went online to Napa’s website to see if the local store had one in stock. It showed one available at this location. I ordered it online and then waited for a few hours before going there to pick it up. I was greeted by an employee named Chris who was polite and very helpful in the completion of my purchase. I highly recommend you checkout this place when shopping for your automotive needs.

I arrived with 4 dead batteries less than 1 year old because all were dead and were not taking a charge. When i walked in the store a young man immediately asked how he could help. When i told him I bought them through a repair shop in TX he said that might be a problem because his is a company store and they may have been purchased through an "owner" store. Because of their corporate rules his store might get "charged" for the batteries. Clayton was very nice and said not to worry, he would take care of me. After speaking with him he asked if I could leave the batteries with him and he would charge them overnight. The batteries were in fact dead and he eagerly replaced all four.
Clayton was professional, very friendly, highly knowledgeable and just a great all around guy.
I highly recommend his store for your auto needs.

Always have quality parts. The guys here are always nice and helpful. There is a reason my mechanics use NAPA for their shops. I trust NAPA and the quality of the parts from them. This lo atipn is the closest for me. I do a lot of auto repairs myself, although not an official mechanic.

Man thanks too Joe for his most awesomeness expertise. I needed a vacuum line just and elbow parts stores really don't carry stuff like that too much but he did and he helped me getting the correct way to work around with what he had and he went out his way to find a solution thanks to him now my truck is running back to normal
