This store is terrible. I have tried to get them to change my zip code as it will not let me login to my account because they entered it wrong. I thought when I went into the store to fix this it would have been fixed...but no again I'm being told that I cannot login and pay a bill because I am entering the wrong zip code. I do believe I know my zip code. This is lazy service and I am told I have to go to the store again during Covid-19 to get it fixed. I will be switching providers.
