This store, and Marcus & Lacy, saved the day!!! I first went to a UPS Store in Delray. I walked in with 3 small plastic bags of clothes and asked to buy a 14” box, and ship the clothes. They told me that I could buy the box but that I would have to go out to the curb or anywhere else to put the bags into the box. They said that it wasn’t allowed to do any packing in the store! I have never heard of such a thing. They weren’t super pleasant about it.So I called this Palm Springs location and spoke with Lacy who said to come on over. Marcus was super helpful and I was in and out of the store in 10 mins — bought my box, filled it, taped it up right there in the store as normal, and was back on my way.Also? The Delray store quoted me $9 for the 14” box whereas it was only $7 at Palm Springs.

The clerk was very helpful, and appeared to be a very nice person. The gentleman I don’t recall his name noted that I was obviously having a bad day and he tactfully open the door for a further discussion that was very helpful to me.“Good morning, how was your day?”

Re: Store NO.3024Shipped out a package that was returned due to vendor not being at that address anymore. Received a voicemail on 10/12/2023 letting me know the package was returned. Went by the store on 10/15/2023 at 3:15pm after store closed and was not able to reship my package. Received another voicemail at 3:32pm that day (right after I had been to the store but the store was closed) telling me the package was going to be discarded that same day. Called back and spoke to Lacey who left the voicemail. I explained the situation and even told him I had just been there and that I was planning on sending the package to another address and giving them the business again. He was very rude and could care less whether or not I sent the package with them or not. Went in the next day to retrieve the package. Lacey rudely handed it to me and the box was opened. He didn't even care. Apparently all he wanted to do was throw away the package I had paid this UPS Store $45.00 to ship out and had over $600 worth of merchandise I was sending back.I am not sure if Lacey is the franchisee but if he is all he is doing is destroying his business with this type of behavior and customer service. I have been living in the area since 2006 and given this store a lot of business (including a box that I am canceling today). I will find another place where they know how to treat their customers. There are plenty of good shipping stores in town.

I have a package sent to my Son's birthday and it arrived 3 days late. I was told to stop by for a refund, but I instead was given a piece of paper with a web link. I went to website and it said that the STORE has to filed a claim for a UPS Guarantee Refund. I emailed the store with a Screen Shot and Copy of receipt. They never replied. They're asking to email what I already emailed. Check your inbox! Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. Go somewhere else!

Well not only did no one explain why they changed their return policy for amazon, but I also get shafted by customer service when I try to get an answer. The women asked for the location. so, i went to get the receipt to tell her accurately. She hung up on me after i waited like 15mins on hold. This all started with no one saying why ups isn’t packing the order anymore and why i’m required to bring it prepacked. So who ever knows their color system and doesn’t have to pay for packaging congratulations. Not sure why it’s so hard to let someone know why a change was made and how we will be doing business going forward. All in all, if the people on top don’t care to properly disseminate information, then why should the employees right? 0 out of 5.
