You people Hustle an old man into a freaking commercial phone and wireless internet hub, then refuse to fix it now for the fourth time. We are calling ABC action news. Stealing from an old man on a fixed income. SHAME ON VERIZON. I will be paying off my contract and leaving your service for this mistreatment as well.

My Verizon representative Cameron was courteous, patient and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed, although he was expedient when handling my account.Exemplary customer service. Thank you Cameron and best wishes to you.

I would recommend going to them (since they are a corporate store) rather than attempting any sign-ups online. They provided great service connecting my phone to the verizon network after I had spent over 2 hours with Verizon tech and activation support over the phone and visiting two 3rd party verizon stores

I have been coming to this Verizon store for ten years and have never had a poor experience. That all changed Monday morning when I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa. I was treated like a second class citizen from the moment I walked in. My phones screen cracked and was unresponsive. Simply wanted an upgrade that I was due for. I was told by Lisa that I was no longer listed as an account manger on my account that has existed for 20 plus years. She proceeded to tell me there is nothing she can do for me. I understand mistakes are made, these things happen. Lisa then begins to cite security reasons as if I was attempting to pull off something shady. After this bizarre issue was resolved I purchase my device. After I was charged I inquired about accessories for my device. I am told they no longer sell cases and screen protectors. I ask what all the accessories I see hanging on the shelves are for. I am told by Lisa that they are only Apple and Samsung products and they no longer sell accessories for "low end" devices. Lisa then attempted to backtrack her comment by saying "your device isn't low end we just don't sell them that much". No attempt to try and sell me anything else. Just as if Lisa was going through the motions. If this is the type of in store service that is being provided for the masses it's truly disappointing. I would like to thank Lisa for truly making me feel like a valued Verizon costumer.

This is not a true Verizon Wireless Store. It’s a third party “ authorized “ retailer called Cellular Sales. Their name says it all. They are All about cellular sales, will tell you anything to make a sale come true. Make sure you get everything that is discussed in writing to protect yourself. It’s been 3 billing cycles and my account is still all jacked up with a lot of extra fees that I was told would be covered by their “ promotions “. I’m being told by their customer service team that all the fees will be taken care of if I have something in writing to show what was told to me by sales rep “ Andy “ I will be collecting a written statement from him tomorrow but today and the last couple of months has given me a headache.

Probably not too excited to have everything done FOR me rather than having questions asked and things explained to me in a considerate respectful manner. The lady literally took my phone, hurried as fast as possible clicking all these “decisions” for me. I actually had to correct her twice because no that’s nOt what I want or agree to. She was pushy & didn’t consider I might want to know or at least clarify what is going on when getting a new Apple Watch and sent me out the door under the impression I got “the white one” ….it’s not white. It’s beige.
