The man is the owner. He has no personality, no business sense. He makes excuses for each review as well as face fo face. BTW is a huge sign of someone that is a control freak. Use to go, was in walking distance but no longer. Was treated rudely by owner. Errrrr I am the customer.

They no longer have notary service and they do not open at 9 AM. Please call ahead for current hours and for current services, that is if their phone number is even correct. I bet they don’t even sell stamps.

It says store closes at 7pm however when I got there the store closes at 6pm. Total waste of of my time. Lost my business over a simple correction that could have been done awhile ago.

I want to thank both the owner (Fred) and one of his staff members (Kitt) for all their help today. I am dealing with relocating between states while helping to resolve my brother's estate and run a business. I needed a few of their services, including getting a PO Box, and they were so very helpful and generous with their time in helping me get everything situation. I am glad to be a part of their UPS family now.

I have been using this UPS store for over 5 years, through 2 different owners, and I have always had nice experiences, with friendly staff, and fast service. I do a lot of Amazon returns there too and it is very easy

Thats the WORST UPS store I've ever been to. The gentleman is so rude everytime and the lady always pretend she doesn't see me when I'm waiting in line. Today, for example, I got there 40 minutes before the closing hour and when I was about to open the door she was leaving and ignored me.

There is an older gentleman who works at this location who is so rude every time I come in. Today I was hoping I didn’t get him, and yep! Once again, super unhelpful and acts like he’s doing you a favor by taking your business. Won’t be coming back, even though it’s the closest UPS to me.

While the owner and staff are quite pleasant, the 30+ minute wait on every recent trip to this store has left me going elsewhere. I understand short staffing, but what I can’t understand is not politely triaging customers and take 2 minutes to scan Amazon returns and cut the line in half. I’ve mentioned this in person to the owner but it was not well received. I will absolutely edit my review should my experiences improve, however until then I will be shipping from the 19/Alderman store. I just left after waiting 18 minutes and they were still helping the same customer. The line hadn’t moved once!

How can this store possibly have such a low rating? Kitt, Andrii and Liz were amazing! It's not everyday you find employees willing to go the extra mile. Thank you so much for helping my friend and I find her package. You deserve to be acknowledged!! Thanks for all you do especially during the trying times we are living in. As far as the low rating goes don't sweat it. Some people are just miserable human beings and want to make themselves feel better by complaining.

I have been a box holder at this store for over 10 years and the staff is great. Hannah is always helpful and knowledgeable. I have compassion for the new owner as it is difficult taking over a business and it can be stressful. I will continue to do business here for many years.

I ship here quite frequently since I started selling on eBay. The owner & staff are always pleasant. I recently shipped a fragile item on the pricey side and was concerned about the item being delivered in one piece, they did an excellent job my customer was very satisfied with her purchase.The staff here always takes time and goes above and beyond excellent customer service.

I have been a mailbox customer here now for some time as well as using a few of their other services. They have been of great help to me through a difficult situation involving family members who needed to have mail forwarded from an old residence. In addition, they have also been helpful with other services such as notarizing documents. Staff and the owner have always been polite and kind to me and I've never had an issue here. Thanks everybody!

The new owner is rude and ALWAYS frazzled. In addition, I am a customer, a mailbox x 2 customer who returns amazon prime shipments which specifically state no package or no label needed if I choose this store or Kohls..99% of the time I do return with the packaging that the shipment arrives in but this one time I did not. Same scenario as another customer's experience. THEY ARE TERRIBLE.There was one other person in the store and I did not address the issue with your employee, I praised her as to having to deal with you. As i walked in the store it was her that you were frazzled with because she needed your help. I addressed it directly to you as these are decisions that come directly from you not your employees.In addition it was a shoe box and two belts and if you read the label in bedded in this comment and provided by Amazon there is nothing stated about a size limitation.
